Everything was good, great experience. Hotels were ok, bit probably my least favorite. London hotel had water damage from previous tenants. Rome location for hotel was amazing and pretty. Not much to complain about with Rome hotel.

It was an amazing trip for both adults and students alike! A life-changing trip full of lasting memories and a newfound confidence for students when trying new things!
No complaints about the tour, my kids had a blast, however when the flight going home was canceled we were given no information about how/when our children were returning home. The website and app did not have return flight information. EF was closed for Juneteenth so we called the emergency line and left a message with the answering service, EF never got back to us. We ended up calling the airline that canceled the flight and after spending over an hour we were able to obtain a new flight number and time. It turns out they were already booked on a new flight. It would have been wonderful if EF had shared those details and saved us the concern. Otherwise we were happy with EF just not impressed with how unresponsive the emergency line was.
Overall it was a good trip. I would like to speak with someone about some issues. John
There were a lot of cool things we did get to do, and some better planning would have been appreciated, instead of hurry up and wait. and then miss half the things because they were closed or almost closed when we finally got to them.
Leading up to the trip, I contacted EF travel support team multiple times and they all give me different info. Flights, hotels and tickets for attractions were booked well in advance but they didn’t want to give us the schedule until at the last minute.

Poorly planned itinerary, hotels 1 hour drive from the city and terrible food. Could have had a much better experience for the amount of money if I went on my own.
We would not recommend. EF should arrange this type of trip to be held for a longer time, at least 15 days long. For the money we payed there was not enough time and we where not given the chance to expand more days to tour Italy even though we where told the possibility existed when we had the first reunion a year ago. London experience was great, good hotel and tour in the city. Hotel choice in Italy was terrible, way too far from Rome, full of problems, lack of service, bad staff, terrible accommodations, bed bugs, insecure, etc There was a stocker knocking windows and trying to open doors of rooms that scared the kids terribly. No access to food or water at the hotel after hours either. Many online reviews from past guests complain about the same issues at the same hotel. How is it possible that EF does not prioritize the wellbeing of our children. Very disappointed about the choice of accommodation. For the money we payed for an 6-8 day trip it’s an insult.
