Our trip was amazing. Everything went as planned and our tour guide, Tom, made it extra special. I'd highly recommend others to use EF. The tours we went on were amazing. All of the other tour guides also did a great job. One of my other favorites was Irene in Paris was amazing! I'd take the trip again tomorrow.
This was a trip jam packed full of excitement and long lasting memories.

The tour director was amazing! She made the trip memorable in the best way possible. Even the activities we did were amazing, I enjoyed everything we did on the trip. Although, the one thing I didn’t like was how much sleep we got throughout the 10 days. It made some activities a little hard to get through but it was still enjoyable.
Again, the experience overall was great, but I felt it was sometimes too fast paced for comfort and I would have left out Milan to cut out travel time and spend more quality time in all the other cities which were more impressive.

Pros: EVERYTHING! The itinerary was jam packed full of good times. My travelers loved every minute of this trip and our tour director made it happen! My group was delayed for 4 hours in Toronto, missing our London Eye appointment, but the tour director worked his magic and got them on. He did the same thing in Rome, when we had bus troubles and missed our Vatican Appointment. We made it to every place on our itinerary and so much more. Our tour director was extremely helpful and thoughtful. He really made our trip magical. Other than our hotel in London, every hotel was clean, comfortable, and had amazing customer service. Our favorite hotel was the Hilton in Paris, it was so nice and we would have stayed there for the entire trip. Every hotel had a great and hearty breakfast. Our favorites were the ones that had breakfast buffets. The dinners were really good at most places. The first place we ate in London did not have a lot of food for our extremely hungry kids, but our tour director took us to another place where they could get some snacks. Every restaurant was very accommodating when it came to dietary restrictions. The tour director had great recommendations for places to eat during our free time, and never failed us. The guided walking tours were so much fun! Our favorites were our guided tour in London and the walking food tour in Milan. Our tour guide in London (Stewart) was so funny, knowledgeable, and witty. The food walking tour in Milan was delicious and we had so much fun learning about the different foods and the city of Milan. Pre tour discussions with our tour director were extremely helpful in setting up schedules. I took Juniors and Seniors with me, and we did as much as we could to prioritize free time and time to explore the cities we visited. Cons: Air Canada - do not recommend Hotels are bit far out of the city, but I understand why. (you can pay for an upgrade to city hotels, but you have to be a private tour in order to do so) Some of the food was a little sparse. Mercure Hotel in London Heathrow was a disappointing, and iffy. This was the only hotel that any traveler had an issue with. I can not say enough positive things about this trip. It was a great experience, and I can't wait for our next one.

It was a great highlight tour of many cities/areas. Andrea and the local guides did a great job of keeping an historical perspective on their talks. Andrea worked hard to please the group which was a little challenging with our group that included 3 groups of students from 3 states, and adults that were not necessarily prepared for the pace 😁
The pace is very very fast. Highlights of each location are touched and skimmed. Teenagers attention spans may be wired for this type of experience! Also keeping them at such a fast pace means less time for shenanigans etc. Accommodations were good. One hotel had a cockroach incident but management stepped in and rooms were changed. No complaints regarding food, when the group eats together they are given a limited menu to expedite the process. The tour guide gave clear instructions to chaperones but navigating the public transport with no knowledge of the language could have been very problematic. Meaning the tour guide would give instructions and then go manage other duties, they were not with the group for each movement of the day. The tour guide would give wonderful personalized tips for certain things and I'm sure made the experiences as smooth as they could be.
My son had an amazing trip! He loved his tour guide who made the trip so fun! I am so glad he got to travel to Europe his first time in a group of wonderful people! It was a trip that he will never forget!
cently returned from an incredible EF group tour to London, Paris, Milan, Florence, and Rome, and it was an unforgettable experience! Our tour guide, Elena, was exceptional. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and attention to detail truly enhanced the trip. From navigating the bustling streets of London to exploring the art and history of Florence and Rome, Elena's expertise made every moment special. The itinerary was well-organized, and the accommodations were mostly good. I highly recommend this tour and especially Elena for anyone looking to explore these amazing cities. What a great trip! So many neat places. EF tours did a great job
Hotels too far out of main location and sub par accommodations. Provided food was horrible. Bus lacked on board restroom. Too much time on bus back and forth from hotel. Flights were not direct and at inconvenient times both going out and coming back. EF a needs to revise standards and for us to participate ever again
My son had an amazing time and enjoyed the tour guide, Marco.
This trip is super busy and fabulous. We saw so many iconic structures, art and cities. It's one of those trips where you "fasten your seatbelt, here we go!".
