Great experience, but some changes need to be made for sure.
Worst tour we ever had, bad experience with American Airlines, were late to other flight to Charlotte, and London, lost a day in London.
Absolute best trip ever!
Overall enjoyable experience with a few suggestions for improvement.
I loved every minute of this trip!!! Our tour guide was great, and we saw things I never would have thought I would love.
This trip was amazing! We all learned alot and enjoyed our selfs along the way. I'd like to thanks the wonderful guides we had. They taught us alot about the different cultures in Europe that we had no idea about♡
The tour was organized without any issues. The itinerary was standard and met expectations. Pre-tour communication with EF tours was not satisfactory. In a case where you need to obtain visas, without any guidance or timely help, it is difficult for parents to do everything themselves and worry about unforeseen issues, especially since it’s a group tour where cancellation has it’s own consequences. In our case, thankfully we eventually obtained the required visas after glitches but it may have turned out differently.
In hindsight, I should not have selected this tour in particular because we could not immerse in the culture or enjoy more of what each countrybhas to offer. It was too many countries in too little time.
Even though we traveled during a heat wave, our tour director, Vanessa, was incredible. She quickly adjusted our plans to keep us on schedule while ensuring everyone stayed as comfortable as possible. The local tour guides were also fantastic—they were knowledgeable, engaging, and did a great job keeping the kids interested throughout each tour.
Learning about all the history, food and architecture was wonderful.
So much history to explore. This tour is a great introduction into Europe. Lots of walking and was hot. Beware of heat rash. Highly recommended.
My son had a Amazing time! He enjoyed every Country and the culture. The Flight, Tour Bus, Hotel, Food, and Landmarks awesome!!Very pleased with everything! Looking forward for the next trip!
All of the countries were beautiful. London was the best. To actually see Buckingham Palace, the Changing of the Guards, Big Ben, Windsor Castle, & the double decker red buses in person were more than I expected!!! Rome was truly fascinating. The Coliseum, Forum, and the Vatican were all amazing. Paris...was a little disappointing but it was a blessing to be there. The Eiffel Tower at night is beautiful. The Seine River cruise was also very relaxing.
Tour director 5 stars. Hotel and food 2 stars. Sites 4 stars, time for those sites 2 stars
