Disappointed!! Did Not meet expectations Tour guide rude and unprofessional

Maybe I should have forewarded to the youth that attended. Madrid activities were canceled, but as previously stated that was beyond EF Ed tours control and plan was impacted due to change in student participation so...

This was ok. Not a trip I'd do again. Our guide was fantastic so it had nothing to do with him. I would take another trip with him again in a heartbeat. The Spain portion of our trip was cut short and that was the part I enjoyed the most. The hotel and sights were all things I would have picked and I wish we could have just stayed in Spain. The Paris part was not great at all. The hotel was not one I'd go back to and the restaurants we ate at were not great either. One night we were served two paper thin pieces of pork that were just gross. I would have rather had less on the agenda and more time to spend versus trying to cram in everything. We also were supposed to go to a perfume factory but they scheduled that before our flight was even scheduled to land. This was a vastly different experience than my daughter had before on a different trip with EF. This one just felt kind of thrown together without traveling and waiting times in mind with what we were trying to accomplish. I'd definitely recommend another trip over this one if you have a choice in trips.

My daughter had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. She took all the excursions, which can be a bit exhausting, but there was not one she regretted. She loved the bonus of driving through the French countryside and the chill vibe of Toledo. Their tour guide was superb -- they all connected with her and were sad to say goodbye-- and their bus driver was great.
