This is a great tour with beautiful scenery, history, and cultural experiences. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed every experience.

EF Tours double charged me $2300 and took 5 months and complaints to State Secretary, FTC, and BBB before they would refund my money. Additionally, they underbooked hotel rooms and train tickets. Students were at times required to stand on trains and extra students in hotel room-not what we paid for! They also paired our group of 16-19 year olds with a group of 11-12 year olds. We were told our school would be paired with a group the same age. All of our students complained about the children, they made our group late to and miss activities. Totally unacceptable. Fortunately, our teachers/leaders were phenomenal. However, for the cost, very poor planning on EF Tour's part. Will not go on or recommend this company for tours.

Tour was well planned and kept everyone running from place to place with bits of free time to explore on your own. Hotels and food experiences were clean and well tended. Tour guides provided a basic knowledge of what we were seeing and the history of places.

My 16 year old loved it and the tour guide was wonderful!
Overall it was good. I did not like that the dinner restaurant did not serve a dish from their menu, and were served the same dish multiple nights. Also did not like that the last hotel we were strongly encouraged not to leave our rooms once we were in them.

Not what we expected having been on multiple tours before. Our daughter didn’t get to go in most of the historical buildings and sites because they weren’t open on the days they were scheduled to be there or other reasons. This is understandable once in a while but don’t plan visits to places on days when it is known they are closed. The same meal was served six nights in a row to the tour group in several different restaurants. This definitely could have been a lot better.

Irreplaceable and priceless memories were made. Our tour director (Luca) was fantastic. The schedule felt a bit compact, and the food served to us for dinners left much to be desired (especially from Italy and France).
A trip of a lifetime and my daughter loved it!
