I had peace of mind from the beginning of planning for my son’s first trip out of town alone until he returned home…. everything was beautifully planned. He had a wonderful trip to Europe. He returned safely with amazing memories.

Had a great time introducing my children to different cultures.
Overall a great experience! The same food was repeated on multiple nights which was the only reason for the missing star. Being in Paris and a London we expected to try different foods but ended up eating the same beef and potatoes for dinners the entire trip(switched up with sausage and potatoes for two nights). Breakfast at the hotels was definitely the best meals we had! Versailles and Paris was our favorite! Our tour guide in Versailles definitely made the experience as well! The biggest suggestions would be making sure tour planners change the meals up and help travelers experience the cuisine of the country and also making sure most museums have a tour guide. It’s not great when you are traveling somewhere you have never been and not having a clue where to start and you have a hour to go through an entire museum, we literally ran through the Louve and it was awful. Making sure your travelers also are prepared to not have access to both bathrooms and drinks most of the day. Take advantage of a bathroom when eating or stopping and also making sure you have a water bottle for the day because both are hard to come by. But those are little things food was the only real issue I as a parent had. And the kids were very disappointed to have the same meals. But other than that overall we had a great time and would do it again!

My experience was a very action-packed and educational one. The tour guides were very helpful and informative, and each city from Paris to London had a unique charm! I would certainly use this service to plan a trip again!
My son had the time of his life and got to experience so much. He said everything ran smoothly.

Poor. No local tour guide, diners were preset and did not cater to preferences or allergies. Schedule was not well thought out and paid for add-on excursion was not done or refunded.
Great experience but wish planning was a little better to take part of more things.

Not at all what EF Tours trips have been in the past. Lodging was so far out that we wasted HOURS sitting in traffic or doubling back. The food was less than desirable. I have been on these trips before and understand dinners will not be more than generic but these meals were inedible for the most part. I don't have any food allergies but some in the group did and they were not accommodated at all. I would have gladly purchased my own dinner but most nights we were not permitted any free time due to having to travel so long to get back to the hotel. The hotels were in areas where food was not available in walking distance. One hotel was not even staffed when we arrived. Numerous rooms had issues with showers flooding but there was no staff on site to address the issue. My shower flooded within 3-4 mins of turning it on so much so that the hallway outside of the room was flooded. Our tour director seemed to have no background on any of the areas we stopped to eat or visit. She was not efficient or confident when checking into hotels or venues/attractions. When asked direct questions regarding the day, she would defer to the bus driver or simply say she wasn't sure. She did not adequately address the issues with meals or seem to advocate for the allergy kiddos to be fed. All in all, this is not what EF Tours has been for me in the past. So disappointing.
Take the trip! We had an amazing experience on this EF Tour. We got to see so many landmarks, learn more about the rich history of both countries and enjoy the culture of their food and city life. I would do this trip again (if given the opportunity), and I highly recommend it to anyone on the fence about going.

Very fun and educational trip for my son. EF Tours was always so helpful for me, as a parent, I always had my questions answered right away. The ease of payments on a payment plan was convenient. My son learned so much on this trip! I highly recommend EF Tours!

Everything was planned out for us, we just showed up and followed our tour guide from place to place. This trip was not overhyped, it was everything I had hoped for and so much more. EF tours prepared us for what to expect and took care of all the details. The logistics of getting a group of about 50 people through an airport, moved on buses (or ferry), set up in hotels, meals planned, into museums, churches, castles, town centers, etc., is smoothly done. The tour directors are the best! I don't know where they get their energy or enthusiasm from, but somehow it got infused into all of us. My only regret is that we couldn't bring our tour guides home with us.
Amazing trip: Highlighting sites in Paris, Normandy and London. 10 hour packed days of flawless touring followed by a local delicious meal! My teen wants to go back to live in Paris or at least visit again.
