Good overall experience. Only real downside was that we did not learn exact travel dates until very near departure. Wanted to extend our traveler's trip to combine with a family trip, but EF does not have very flexible policies for this.

The food for the whole time was horrible. I kept hearing they try to accommodate the kids, the food was not cultural for where we were at. My child refused to eat dish because it was to Americanized. Meals were also very cheap for hiw much we paid and the quality we got. The averaged $15 per dinner i could find better and cultural food on my own. Was very disappointed in things they we could not get into, saying tickets were to hard to get. We knew about this 2 years prior.

Our trip to France and Italy was amazing! The sights were beautiful and our tour director Anna went above and beyond to make our experience outstanding. She was knowledgeable, fun and I always felt like we were in good hands because of her. I would highly recommend EF Tours and Anna!

Our tour guide, Francesco, was amazing. He made the trip extra special and fun. He was very organized, kind, and patient. He prepared a bingo game for us to play during the long bus ride. He also had so many fun ideas to keep the students and chaperones entertained. He was the best tour guide ever!
