Our tour director was excellent and handled challenges well, but EF’s logistics caused significant issues throughout the trip. When we arrived at the airport, our group waited over an hour for a bus because the assigned driver became ill and EF had no backup plan. After an overnight flight, this delay caused us to lose valuable tour time.Later in the trip, one of the buses broke down in downtown Paris, leaving our large group stranded on the roadside for about an hour in extreme heat with limited communication.The oversized group and repeated transportation problems made the experience feel disorganized. EF needs to improve planning, backup procedures, and communication to deliver the experience they advertise.
My twins in high school went with their school and loved their guide and all the stops.

Very good trip, I would totally go again with the teachers and the students. Not so much of the EF Tour Guide. She was rude, didn't take any consideration of the kids or teachers when it came to our appetites at dinner time. We were also supposed to get any drinks we wanted for the money included in the trip, but she gave us water the whole trip and didn't say anything about us getting drinks until the end of the trip because a teacher told her about it.
Wonderful itinerary: great city highlights, beautiful coastal towns and views.
Knowing the little towns that connect France and Spain was amazing. We knew places that we would never knew if it werent for this tour cities organization.
The entire trip was amazing with the places we got to go and the things we got to see. However, I would travel with this itinerary but plan it myself. I would not go through EF Tours again.
The tour and tour guide was amazing. The tour was a great way to learn history, explore the country, taste wonderful food and meet new people.

EF tours is a very affordable and educational journey that I am glad my daughter and I got to experience. We are already looking into another touring experience next year. Our tour guide Lara was phenomenal I really hope I can get another adventure with her

Wonderful experience! I'm already dreaming of our next EF trip. That being said, I would hire a different bus company. I'm not sure what happened with our drivers, but we had multiple and they were rude.
We had 2 out of 5 decent hotels. Other ones were really bad. Wasted time traveling in slow moving traffic. Meals were very rushed with no drink service.
Your guide, Edu, was exceptional. Wish more hotels had bathtubs. After a long day of walking, my feet could've used a relaxing soak in the tub.

My group had a great experience. Learned some life lessons, experimented with food, met some new friends, went to new places. That said Spain just was t my thing which is why it doesn’t get 5 stars. It wasn’t bad, but trip didn’t have much historical focus which is what I like. Our hotels proximity to the beach was amazing.
It was good but I think EF tours could do better on selecting the hotels. For the money we paid I think we should stayed in better hotels. And also some of the food were not good at all.
