Awesome itinerary. We saw SO much in a short amount of time. We adored our tour guide, Elena Lomban, who charmed all of us with her positivity, her knowledge and great humor
My EF tour last year was amazing, but this tour was average at best. It was too fast paced, especially in France, and our guide was disorganized, impatient, and occasionally rude.

Excellent experience for both my teen traveler going to Europe for the first time and for myself as a parent who felt very comfortable sending him on his own knowing he would be well cared for. EF had great communication as well as clear protocols in case anything went awry.
Daughter had a great time. She loved the sites and the experience. Her favorite was Spain and the beach time.
Flight connection from the east coast of the US to Europe for this trip was absolutely not well planned. A 20+ hr flight itinerary for 35 kids is not the best start. I feel EF could do better given the fact that most of the parents have been paying monthly installments upfront. There are certainly better flight connections available. Choosing the cheapest one leaves a little bit of a bad taste behind and I will certainly check for other organizations next time. I also thought giving out a detailed itinerary only about 4 weeks prior to the trip is a little bit too late and should be published immediately after the sign up process. The kids had no idea how long much time they would actually spent in the bus. This could have been easily communicated well ahead so they could prepare better. I also would recommend emphasizing the time change and how much jet leg will affect their sleep and eating habits. Due to the long overnight travel time and the time change a lot of the kids were staying up late and did not have any snacks or food available in their Hotel.
Planed tours and the locations were great. Food quality was extremely poor, and there were transportation issues that make us rate lower.

It was very well organized. All the kids had a great experience. Maybe next time make better eating arrangements. Make time for students to use money exchange services. All students were safe and made it back home with no illness or injuries.
This was my first time leading a group with EF Tours. It was an amazing experience. My students loved all the cities and places that we visited in France and Spain. We tried authentic food from both countries, it was quite good in general. The best part of this trip was seeing my students enjoying and learning from the cultural differences. I highly recommend EF tours and I am looking forward to my next trip in 2024.
