Great Experience!
It was amazing experience, very organized, responsible, affordable and high quality
Every single aspect of my experience with your company has instilled so much confidence in allowing my son to travel alone. It takes a lot of trust for a mother to let their child go on a trip, let alone out of the country. From the time I signed him up to the time I picked him up, I was confident he was experiencing something unique-he will never experience again, and it will accompany him into adulthood with all the memories he developed and created because of the EF tours.
Life changing experience for my daughter.
Fabulous trip. Many stops and things to do and see. Expect a lot of walking. The itinerary was great and the list of what to bring was extremely helpful. The scenery and weather was beautiful! The tour was able to have a couple beach days and relax for a bit. Overall, a lot of walking and many many things to see. The hotels were nice too. It would be better to allow the tours more time in between their stops to explore. Overall, it was a great trip and we would highly recommend.
Everything was awesome! Each city each local guide was just great. Pilar our tour guide was very attentive and friendly!
My child had a great experience they will remember forever. Tour director was great!

It was a great tour but I wouldn’t recommend doing it in July. It was very hot and the way the itinerary was planned were had to tour Sevilla and Alhambra in the middle of the afternoon the hottest time of day because we were travel in the morning. Earlier tours would be better which would mean traveling in afternoon or evening. I would recommend this tour in spring - Easter break would be better
Beautiful country, both of them rich and culture, diversity and historic sites
I wrote a long review in the other box, perhaps it was in teh wrong place. I don't have time to re-write it. Sergio was wonderful and it was hard to leave. He created a family out of 3 groups of strangers. He knew the information and culture. What he did not know, he found the information. He kept us safe and laughing. Beach Hotel was Heaven, didnt want to leave. Barcelona Hotel was relaxing and a wonderful way to end the trip. Some of the middle hotels felt like they were located in an industrial park. Our Bus driver was a rock-star. he did things with that bus that I could not do with my car. I would trust him with my life any day. My son and I created beautiful memories. Thankyou. one additional issue. We were dropped in town at 1 pm when shops don't open until 3pm. Same with shops. Same with shops. We just seemed to arrive at the wrong time to have access to all that each city had to offer. It was still a wonderful trip. We miss Sergio
The Portugal and Spain schedule was amazing! We got to see so much in such a short period of time!
My Review for EF Tours: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The entire experience was truly uplifting from start to finish. Our tour guide, Carlos, was incredibly personable and caring throughout the tour, always going the extra mile to inform us and make our entire group feel secure. Carlos' sense of humor was a definite highlight that lifted everyone's spirits. We were inspired by the songs Carlos played on the long bus rides, as well as some of the fun games and adventures he created for our group. The bus driver, Sergio, was the epitome of kindness, professionalism, and expertise, making him the greatest bus driver of all time. Sergio's warm greetings and offers of help were a testament to his exceptional character. The bus was always immaculate and comfortable, a true reflection of Sergio's dedication. When I sprained my ankle, Carlos and Sergio went above and beyond to ensure my well-being, bringing me food, ice, and even an ACE bandage to wrap my foot. Their selfless actions were a shining example of the power of kindness and compassion.

This was my 9th time traveling abroad with students and my 4th tour as a Group Leader with EF (plus 2 others as a chaperone), and I can confidently say this 12-day educational tour of Spain and Portugal was the best itinerary yet. From the start, students were captivated—exploring the Age of Exploration, experiencing the deep Arabic influences in architecture and culture, and soaking up every bit of local flavor. Live Fado and Flamenco performances brought history to life, and the stunning natural landscapes—pristine beaches, dramatic rock formations—left a lasting impression. The cathedrals and historic landmarks were just breathtaking. Our accommodations in Costa del Sol were a dream, offering comfort and beauty in equal measure. And I can’t say enough about our incredible Tour Director—simply the best around. Their energy, organization, and passion made every moment seamless and engaging. The local guides were equally outstanding: knowledgeable, fun, and truly brought each destination to life. I highly recommend this itinerary to other Group Leaders—it offers a perfect mix of education, adventure, and cultural depth. EF knocked it out of the park with this one and I cannot wait to offer the same itinerary again to future student travelers.
