Amazing trip. Dublin and Belfast were great but Scotland was beautiful.

Not what I expected, too fast paced and not enough time allotted for sites to explore included on tour. Would have liked to have seen more countryside of Ireland than major cities. 8 days actually spent on tour and two days of travel. Not what I expected this was extremely rushed and accommodations not all age appropriate locations. Meals felt catered to American dishes instead of traditional Irish and Scottish dishes. I wanted a true authentic experience of the cuisine and culture with more options and not just have water as the only drink included with meals. Spent majority of the time feeling rushed from location to location and most time taken up by bus travel. Could have been better for my first time traveling out of the country.

My wife, daughter and I joined our son on the trip. Up until the flight home I would have rated the trip a 5-Star experience. We were very pleased with the guides, itinerary and coordination to maximize the groups experience. It was an action-packed adventure that covered alot of territory and sights. Unfortunately, we experienced flight challenges on our return trip. The fact there were challenges is not surprising in today's travel environment so we were prepared and could handle. Where I am displeased, and rate EF low is its responsiveness and assistance in the situation. My family of 4 and 2 unaffiliated students we did not know were bumped to another flight and separated from the original group. EF did not provide any assistance. The 2 unaffiliated students were overwhelmed and quite nervous. We were able to assist them and help rebook flights, get them accomodations, etc., but without EF's assistance.
