We loved having the same bus and bus driver. Our tour guide was amazing and made the whole trip go smoothly! The hotels were great and the food was amazing.

Amazing experience for my grandson to go on with his school
This educational tour through Switzerland and Italy was an amazing experience. The destinations were beautiful, the food and restaurants were excellent, and everything was well organized. The schedule stayed on time while still allowing plenty of leisure time for students to explore on their own. Overall, it was a fun, memorable, and highly enjoyable trip that I would definitely recommend.
The cost of food and everyday items in Europe, which was about 25% higher than in the United States. Families should budget at least $45 per student per day for meals and drinks alone. Conversion fees from Euro to USD are about 30% of the amount converted. Credit Cards accepted everywhere. Students should also be prepared for the summer heat, especially if they are accustomed to air conditioning. The itinerary was very busy, with several consecutive days of excursions and little time to rest. Expect going full European model to share beds and rooms along with some bugs and unreliable air conditioning. Finally, for the price of the tour, the hotels should be closer to the main attractions. Daily commutes, each way added unnecessary fatigue and reduced the time available to enjoy the destinations. Overall, it was an enjoyable and memorable trip for sure.
Never again.

Two beautiful countries with itineraries that exposed our kids to their culture, history and beauty. The only complaint was that the time passed too quickly and they wished it had been longer!
Thank you great program
Our child had a great experience from the beginning to the end of the trip. Built lasting memory!
This itinerary is great! We did and saw so much!
Overall, this was a very positive experience, and my students returned home with memories they will never forget. As a group leader, I truly appreciate how EF simplifies the planning process and provides the tools and support needed to make international travel possible for students. One area where EF truly excelled was communication during our travel emergency. Despite the unexpected delays and changes to our return trip, the EF support team was responsive, organized, and kept me informed throughout the process. I always felt supported, and I am grateful for how efficiently they handled a very stressful situation. Our Tour Director was knowledgeable, professional, flexible, and genuinely cared about our group. He did an excellent job keeping us organized and adapting when needed. However, I believe the overall student experience could be even stronger with more interaction between the Tour Director and the students. More storytelling, historical narration during bus rides, games, cultural discussions, or activities would help keep students engaged while traveling between destinations. I also understand that Tour Directors are not licensed to provide guided tours inside many attractions, but having more educational commentary whenever possible would greatly enhance the experience. My biggest area for improvement is the itinerary itself. While we visited incredible cities, too much of our time was spent walking without entering many of the iconic attractions students were most excited to experience. Educational tours should prioritize guaranteed admission to major historical and cultural sites rather than relying on free time or optional visits. Attractions such as the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, Castel Sant’Angelo, and key sites in Florence and Lucerne should be included as part of the itinerary. These are once-in-a-lifetime experiences that significantly enrich students’ understanding of history and culture. Another area that could be improved is the meal selection. The food provided often lacked variety and did not always reflect the local cuisine or appeal to students. Offering more thoughtfully selected meals that showcase regional specialties while accommodating different tastes would improve the overall experience. Overall, I would gladly travel with EF again. The experience was educational, memorable, and incredibly rewarding for my students. With stronger itineraries that include admission to must-see attractions, more engaging educational experiences during travel, and improved meal selections, the tours would be even more exceptional.
It was the best
Easy and efficient
It was freest experience.
Great tour
It was an awesome experience learning about the different areas and the history there
Excellent opportunity for students. Areas of improvement: 1. Food was not great. 2. Tour of Colosseum in Rome was disappointing. Expectations were to go inside the Colosseum, not just tour the outside of it. Covered lots of territory and good learning experience.
Our guide Monica, was an angel and so much fun. She always kept the vibe up and I love her so much. Our driver Claudio was a legend and the bus was pristine. Couldn’t imagine a better trip.
It was a varied experience. So rich in culture and history.
I loved this tour! We stayed in decent hotels (with an elevator and AC) and had great dinners. We saw a lot of amazing places in the short time we were on tour. Our bus driver did a fantastic job of getting to each location safely and on time. Highly recommend this tour!!!
Food tasting experience/dinner was great.
