I have not received this item, I have called and left 3 voicemail messages and sent 2 emails to the support email address asking someone to contact me urgently

Product easy to locate, prompt response,notification of lack of stock but other options offered. Very pleased overall.

I ordered a desk for my son back in in August. The plan was to have it delivered before or shortly after the beginning of the school year. After a month I was notified there would be a delay in my delivery of around 45 days. I was asked if I still wanted the product and I said yes. In November I got another email saying the product was discontinued so they could offer alternative products or a refund and £50 store credit. I told them I wanted a refund. 9 days later I had to email them again as I had not received the refund yet. I also asked for cash back compensation. The £50 store credit meant I would have to buy something else from that company, something I did not want to do after my recent experience. After chasing them they replied that I would get my refund in 2-3 days. I asked again for the cash back compensation and they said company policy dictates to give only store credit. Appalling customer service!! No way I would buy from that company again

Received item as scheduled and was able to assemble the height-adjustable table and chair within 45 minutes. But within a week of using the chair, it was no longer adjustable. The chair no longer clicked into position. It will appear something snapped. I have been in touch with efurnit and an email in May and after three months, still no reply. Sadly, I recommended the table and chair to a colleague and he had similar issues and the chair had to be discarded. The design is great but the chair isn't durable. I wouldn't advise buying-
