Wouldn’t even give them 1 star! It’s been a month since my order I’ve sent 4 emails and not one reply the number of their Facebook Page is fake. Ordered em for a Xmas present that’s been and gone and still no product. Absolute ridiculous customer service! Asked for a refund several time and still not one reply! After reading the other reviews I’m regretting wasting my money and dreading them coming!

Audio is trash and super low!!
No communication by email. No email confirmation after purchase. The AirPods (aka fake pods) are trash it’s super super low. Takes forever to connect & after only having them for a month and using them 3times the right ear has stopped working! Not worth it!! Regret this purchase.
