Dealt with Rick from start to finish, really friendly guy, let me inspect everything on my own and go for a test drive with a recommended route.

The thing I liked most, a lot of garages will get you to buy a car and then say things like "any scratches, we'll sort them, it'll be perfect" - in reality they'll use a compound polish that has loads of fillers to hide the scratches for a certain amount of time.
Rick was upfront and said "I sell used cars, I'm not going to say they'll be 100% perfect cosmetically when they're 6 years olds. If there is things I can do, I will"

It's not often you get a straight up honest salesman..
The car is in lovely condition and a lovely drive. Picked it up a week after visiting (BMW 3series) and traded my old car in to him
Kept updated throughout.

A great buying experience, Richard made us welcome, gave us an honest deal on our part exchange and sold us an excellent X3 that was in pristine condition throughout. The plot is in a pleasant area and he has a great selection of quality cars which he obviously hand picks and are displayed on a generous forecourt. Richard is not a back street trader and is obviously a professional who is passionate about what he does. Hats off to Egerton Car sales, we'd recommend him to anyone who wants a sensibly priced car that is in great condition.
