I am happy with eGlobal service and prices and will continue to purchase from them. I have made 3 purchases (1 camera, 2 lenses) from eGlobalCentral.fr. All 3 orders arrived in a reasonable amount of time and were delivered with accurate tracking information. I received order update information both from eGlobal and PayPal. The items appeared to be new, 2 items were not shipped in the manufacturer packaging - as disclosed in the product description. Good value for money.

Slow delivery but great price and no issues
I've ordered a camera lens on the 4th of February, and it has been delivered approxiamtely 4 weeks later. I've got slightly afraid after reading many bad reviews here and due to the slow response from the dealer. After all, the lens has been delivered, properly packed, without any damage or issues. No extra customs, VAT, etc had to be paid as some others mentioned this in their comments. Their prices are generally 10-20% lower than others on the market, which I think worths this slight inconvenience. Actually I used eGlobalCentral in the past as well, in Italy and Spain, both worked well without problems.

Not sure why people writes so many bad stuff. The only downside is long delivery (ordered on 02/02 and delivered on 02/25) and lack of responsiveness in the customer service. Do not buy from this seller!!! I ordered phone Samsung S20+ 06/12/2020. I payed by Paypal. After many urgence to eGlobal email (without any reponse) I received email 02/01/2021 saying that the phone is on the way and will be delivered by Colissimo. I tracked my phone and it was officialy delivered 06/01/2021 to my post box. But the package with my phone was not inside!!! I've opened claim in Paypal but it was refused because the tracklist Colissimo say package delivered. They send your package into the post box and without your signature. Even if you use Paypal you can loose your money. Be aware against this shop! I've loosed my 620 Euros!!
Should make a better track system
Cuz the Covid-19 the delivery will be later a lot but everything going fine, just the delivery company didn’t show a lot the information for us, i think if they can tell us expect a date the parcel will leave by the plane will less customers stress. And also the date for delivery will be better

Despite what's written on their site I paid VAT/custom tax. After a long waiting time (one month) the price was finally higher than on amazon in France.

They are a week late for the delivery, I sent many mails with no answer from them and I received a lot of scams since I entered my datas on the eglobal central website. DONT BUY ANYTHING THERE.

Airpod pro ordered early December for Christmas, the parcel still has not been shipped according to DHL, 1 month after... I have sent 3 tickets asking for a refund, still no answer after 1 week. This website is a scam, do not use.

I ordered iPad, 7 days to confirme the PO. No communication. I sent 3 reminders in 3 weeks no answer. Hoppefuly, I payed with PayPal and they did their job and put pressure.
Warning, they are in HK and not in France or Europe... So so you will have to pay customs duties and at the end your product will cost you more expensive than to buy it in your country.
1st time last time that I order with this company.

Xmas presents not delivered
I ordered 2 items on 4/12 and 5/12 as Xmas presents for my children. Despite chasing via the website and email I haven’t received any updates. I also chose them as I live in France but can see from the various reviews that they are HK based. Terrible experience the worst I have ever experienced.
