I made a payment got a confirmation email, responded and got the gold in less than 10 minutes.

I always have a great experience with this vendor, they are responsive and delivery is usually within 5 minutes. I've only had to wait one time in 10 years and that was a network issue, not an issue with the vendor. Whenever I need in game assets, I always start with EGPAL and they are so good, I've never even looked anywhere else.

Egpal delivery is amazing on anarchy online the customer service are always here to help with anything and are so friendly so I would recommand Egpal for great ingame service.

Anyway, I've bought some products from Egpal and they deliver. They are pretty good, I can't say much else other than that they are trustworthy (I'm speaking from experience).

I know this sounds insane but I used these guys about 8 years ago and said, "ah what the hell. Let's try again." and so I bought some in game currency for the game I play. Now, I was feeling a little bit risky and decided to buy a huge lump some on the game.

First thing that threw me off was they asked me for a picture of the front of my card of the last for digits and my ID. Immediately, you would think I would have flags flashing above my head and warning signs of, "hell no don't do it." Well, I did it. Because I had money to spare and I gave myself a minute to think about it and realized the last 4 digits of my card, my ID, and a Paypal statement was just proof that it was my account. Still scared me though.

Overall the person I kept emailing was kind and understanding as I made my purchase and told me it would be a few hours because of how much currency I had purchased and he/she made it happen within an hour. Awesome service, polite and relate-able. Just a tad bit sketchy on the confirm that it's my account after 8 years of not having bough in-game money for years. Overall, 10/10. I went full send and they came through like they used to!

I bought 2000M market place cash after 30 minutes I contacted customer service they said it would be 1 to 6 hours after 12 hours I contacted customer service still nothing after 24 hours I contacted customer service they still did not have any marketplace cash so they refunded my money after that they mysteriously regained marketplace cash and jacked up their prices So I got my $110 back but to get the exact same product again it’ll be $140 this is complete Unacceptable
