Worst service I ever received
Worst service I ever received.
First I didn't get any order confirmation from them, i had to reach to them myself (they had plenty of time since i got worried after 2 days from placing the order).
Then they keep me waiting for 2 weeks just because the chosen color was out of stock, without telling me a word. Well, why wouldn't I just choose another color? Or another retailer if all colors are out of stock?
When I loose my patience, they tell me that ''the parcel is already sent and here is the tracking code'', like, why do I myself need to look for my order? The shop gave 0 f*cks about it from the whole begging!
The cherry on top - today I received the parcel, it was very small and light, because it contained ONLY the kill flash and the battery cover that I ordered additionally to the scope. The package info confirms that it never had the scope (0.12 kg), when their Spectre DR 1-4 should be around 0.5 kg without the package.
UPDATE: After some real time communication in their online chat i was told that this was a unique case and that they are very sorry. They also offered a DHL delivery instead of a refund and I accepted the offer. Their replicas are considered best on market so it is a pity to be unlucky and get such a bad service, I really hope this was a unique case.
Update (1 week): I was promised a Tracking Number in 3 days from the dispatch (not sure why DHL provides a tracking number so late), a week passed and no news. I contacted their online support and just got ditched after endless response time waiting, looks like this particular manager just waited for his/her shift to end xD
Update 2 (2 weeks): I got the FEDEX tracking few days ago, and today I noticed that the indicated delivery address is the old one, at the same time the person in the online chat requested the new address. Now they are trying to find if it is possible to redirect the parcel to the right address. Of course they are very sorry, but what can that changer? They have been extremely irresponsible from the very beginning...
Still WORST SERVICE EVER!
