Such a beautiful place but let down
The service today was so poor. Food took 35 minutes to arrive but the drinks didn’t turn up until we had chased them and so ten minutes after the food arrived. The dessert too 41 minutes to arrive but the second we had finished we were asked immediately if we wanted the bill which was promptly delivered and a person to take payment, the only thing that was efficient. We hadn’t used up the allocated time so then felt we had to go.
The food quite frankly was average. We both had roast chicken and it was warm at best but the veg were just mush. The saving grace was part of the dessert.
Have come here for years but do not feel inclined to return after todays experience
