Hi, I purchased 2 of the adjustable wool pillows. My husband with little adjustment was really happy with his pillow, as for myself it was a different story. I was fighting with my pillow taking huge amounts of the wool filling out, a few nights I threw it away since it caused me head and neck pains. I wasn't going let this beat me. Getting the adjustment right took a couple of weeks or so, pulling out and putting in the wool filling. I have got my pillow right in the end and having a good night's sleep. It took some perseverance.

Surprisingly lightweight & while lovely & cosy it is not as hot to sleep under as a feather & down duvet inner thus making for a more comfortable nights sleep, which is exactly why I purchased it.

Wouldn't buy again. $300 for 2 pillows on sale. Within 2 months fill was very compressed and not suitable as sleeping pillows. Solution was to spend more money on fill.

I had purchased a good quality mattress but unfortunately found it wasn’t working out all that great for my back so I decided to invest in a wool mattress topper from Eiderdown and thank goodness I did because it has been an absolute game changer. My bed is comfortable & I'm sleeping much better. Highly recommend.

Were pushing a big birthday sale and that it would end soon, so made a purchase on the last day of the sale. The. The next day a new sale started with even bigger discount, refused when challenged to update the pricing on my order. Be wary, they play up the buy local angle but don’t live up to that!

We were most impressed with the help and advice we received from the young man at your outlet in Dunedin when we bought a Hungarian Down Queen sized duvet inner recently. He answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful advising us which duvet to buy. We are very happy with the duvet and look forward to many years of use from it. Please pass on our thanks to Lucas for a job well done. We would not hesitate to buy another one if we needed another one for another bed. They are excellent quality and worth the money

I purchased an 80% Hungarian Duck Down Four Seasons single duvet set and it is wonderful - really good quality, quick delivery and good communication. I'm a repeat customer and now wouldn't go anywhere else.

The duvet is fantastic: beautifully warm and light.
The reason I am giving 4 and not 5 stars is that I had to send it back for some minor repairs: a missing button on the corner and another one that was the wrong kind.
Communication about this with the Eiderdown team was easy and repair was immediately offered. Eiderdown made sure the duvet got picked up by NZ Courier and was delivered back the same way in pristine condition.
This is the second duvet we have purchased from them for our home.
