I have been abused

I did make the purchase of two tickets for Eiffel Tower. It is when I received the confirmation a few seconds after that I realized I was on the wrong site. I wrote immediately in to the company who response that they has a strict policy on non reimbursement. I still request reimbursement as I have been made believe I was on the official Eiffel tower. They still refuse it. That company should be classify as the a not thrustable and unfair one. a) the website is genuinely designed to make belief by a not-knowledgeable tourist as I am that it is the official site. b) when you contact them and inform them that you just realized that you have been abused that take refuge behind a legal contractual defense. As a result I lost 78 euro and spent a bad day in Paris with the feeling a being legally abused.
They can very easily change by just plainly advertise who they are.
