Quick and reliable
I have ordered Componibili and received the ordered product quickly and in the right condition. I am especially glad that they do not charge the shipping costs to Slovenia, which is relatively rare for such products, and yet their prices seem to be competitive. Will order again with them.

Perfect and quick delivery
I bought a coffe table to be delivered to Denmark. The service was exellent. I received e-mail updates so I could follow the delivery process and I received the table on the date it was promised. I would not hesitate to order again from this seller.

Very bad customer service during dispute on damaged goods
Bught 8 chairs, but had to return the delivery 3 times because chairs were damaged. Fourth time the chairs were OK. At some point in time I persuaded Einrichen Design to give me compensation on 90 eur, but they changed their mind the day after, saying that I could only get 50 eur. I have never got the compensation. Also tried to persuade them to cancel the deal, but they also refused. It took me more than ½ a year and more than 50 mails to get my chairs. I only have one thing to say: Do not buy anything at Einrichen design!
