The cheap stuff can break fast and especially the stuff for bondage i would buy somewhere with higher quality but otherwise i think it is a very good shop

Forgot the Batteries
Normally eis.de is great and I love the service. This time they forgot to send "included" batteries. The support wanted me to either send it back without batteries and then resend one with batteries or accept my fate and order batteries for 8€ since the porto is that high. They didn't want to give me a voucher with more value than 6€. Except that, everything was great. That's why the 3 stars.

Everything as expected
The purchased items were as expected, delivery was in neutral box as promised and delivery was also in time. Only the parcel service missed to inform me that the items were delivered (to a shop), but I checked and was positive surprised for them being available already.
