If you enjoy incorrect deliveries or misleading part descriptions (take your pick) and absolutely hate communication, this shop is for you.
Got plenty of time to spare? Perfect - you'll need it.
After returning the incorrect item as requested, I eventually (after almost 6 weeks!) received a silent refund instead of the correct replacement that was promised.

Very bad experience with the non-delivery of R&G engine guards on order number 146196 dated 14.09.25.
According to the seller's offer, the guards should have been delivered 4 to 6 business days after payment. There was no delivery, and there was a long wait for answers to my urgent requests. And so many promises that the goods would arrive soon until I realized that the goods would never arrive, so after 5 weeks of delay I requested a refund. I lost the entire autumn irreplaceable riding season because the engine had to be completed in the service. I also lost a lot of nerves. After canceling the order, I ordered the same parts from England, which arrived in 8 days despite the customs duties. I warn customers to choose reliable and safer suppliers so that they don't end up like me. This seller is not to be recommended!!!

After searching on an oem part number thought I had found the part on this website. But it seemed to be an additional part which I don’t need that was sent to me. Very confusing to offer parts under an oem number which is a different part.

No response on email or their own contact form on their website, Have tried to contact them 4 times.
Only received half my order.
Cant recommend to shop at this website

Ordered tank pads for my triumph street triple moto2. According to the website the tank pad was to fit my motorcycle 2013 and onwards. No it did not fit my motorcycle from 2023. Had a long mail conversation with the company about shipping back and finally they agreed to pay for the return shipping but the could not send a return parcel and agreed to send med the fee after I payed it. Now I got the refund of the original payment of the product and the original shipping. But the are totally quiet about paying the return shipping.
No answers on the mail.

Incorrect information on the website regarding what motorcycle the part fit. When it’s obvious that the part do not fit the customers motorcycle the get the customer to pay for return shipping with a promise to pay the shipping. After they receive the return they initiate radio silence.

If you are to buy from them be sure that the part fits your bike. If not! DO NOT buy anything from this company!

Purchased two products from their website that were suppossed to be in stock and delivered in 4-6 days. Two weeks went by, no response to my emails from the seller. Had to open a case on PayPal to finally get a refund. Terrible seller - AVOID!!!

Slow delivery but mostly down to DHL. Good comms from Eiweiss. Good product. Recommend EU purchase to avoid brexit taxes. I would buy from Eiweiss again no problem.

The product finally reached me. Not your fault but I had to pick it up from the local post office due to the dreadful service here. I just fixed it to my bike, and I have no complaints about it right now. I need to let it cure first.

Absolutely bad service, once you bought a product and paid for it, they do not care any more. Promised delivery times were not achieved, Emails were ignored or answered extremely late. And the best: In the end I waited FOUR months until they cancelled my order and just sent me my money back.
My advice: Do not waste your time and nerves by ordering something at this incompetent Shop.
