Stunning kitchen, expertly designed and installed. Highly recommend.

EKCO has recently installed a set of bifold doors for us. The result is fantastic. The two fitters were courteous and highly skilled and we are delighted with the workmanship and quality of the product. I would happily recommend this company to anyone. Thank you EKCO

EKco are very professional Company . We had a complete update of kitchen, utility ,dining room and two bathrooms/ shower rooms . Including removal of two walls and all floor coverings . Including new appliances.
They did a fantastic job and insured that minor snagging was attended to promptly.
It has changed they way we live in our house . We no longer retreat to the front lounge preferring to stay in the new airy open plans kitchen diner.
I can recommend EKco with full confidence

Although I had arrived at a plan for my kitchen, with Ecko's help the design was improved and they also provided a 3D model of the finished product. Although I planned to install it myself (there was a lot of other work to be done first), Ekco ordered all the units from ProNorma along with the worktops and sinks. They arrived from Germany when agreed and Ecko supplied a fitter to help me with the installation, which I was glad of as some units were high up. They also arranged for the installation of the silastone worktop and oak worktop, which all fitted perfectly. The units themselves are well made and the result is a very workable kitchen which also makes best use of the space. Ecko were helpful and easy to deal with.

After much researching and appointments with different companies (Magnet, Wren etc) we went to EKCO kitchens and were certainly not disappointed. Their personal service, interest in what we had in mind, advise on what would and wouldn't work, what was super expensive and what would achieve the same result but in a more cost effective way was invaluable. We were scheduled to start in May 2020, but due to the on going pandemic (we were shielding) this was pushed out to the end Aug. EKCO were understanding of our concerns and happy wait until we were comfortable to proceed with the works.
We also had other major plans for the room, involving revealing a stone wall and laying a new wooden floor, EKCO were very helpful, Derek visited numerous times and offered sound advise on how to proceed, he was also able to recommend tradesmen to us who were also excellent. Derek also carried out investigation work prior to starting to ensure the plumbing wouldn't be an issue. The various tradesmen we had from EKCO were very courteous, helpful and friendly and all understood our concerns re social distancing and how important it was for us.
The end result is a beautiful room which we now use, rather than just cooking in it and leaving. Its bright, modern, excellent quality and exceeds what we had thought we could have achieved. Our new kitchen is now the heart of our home and a lovely space to cook and spend time in. Thank you EKCO kitchens, we will be back for EKCO Bathrooms!

We now have a beautiful Pronorm kitchen thanks to Ekco. From the first consultation to the final fixing of small and inevitable snagging we have been very impressed with their professionalism and willingness to do everything they can to make our dream kitchen come true. It is amazingly functional, the build quality is superb and Ekco were great at helping us to design a kitchen that works - it doesn't just look wonderful. We would absolutely recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

This was the fourth time we have used EKCO and the workmanship was up to the usual high standard and the new bathroom fittings are also of the same high standard. Everywhere was left clean and tidy and I would recommend them for kitchen and bathroom installation.

Had a large utility room refitted by Ekco. They installed a pronorm kitch in 2009 which is still in excellent condition so we went for same again. Ekco requested a special order for doors with same handles as before as they had been discontinued. Am delighted with the workmanship and installation by Matt. This was the 4th time we have used Ekco. They have done kitchen bathroom ensuite and downstairs cloakroom before the latest work. After sales service is excellent. Would recommend them.

we had a kitchen refurbishment with new worktops supplied and fitted by EKCO (Broxburn)
the whole planning process was uncomplicated and EKCO were very helpful.We were all ready to start when lockdown happened but as soon as able EKCO were in touch and a date rearranged .we were very impressed with the workmanship of the installers who were very tidy and efficient .A sink ,display cupboard and induction hob all had to be taken out and reinstalled.They attended quickly to any concerns we raised and the small snagging issue was dealt with rapidly without fuss.We are delighted with our refreshed kitchen and would certainly use EKCO again

Friends recommended EKCO to me as an excellent company to deal with. I contacted EKCO and Hollie, the designer, came to the house, took photographs and measurements and then designed my new en suite shower room. She ordered materials and arranged the installation. The plumber, joiner and tiler who carried out the work were extremely courteous, very tidy and worked nonstop and I now have a beautiful ensuite. Many thanks to all of them; I would definitely recommend EKCO.

After selecting Ekco to supply and install sliding doors at the back of our house circa 4.5m x 2.1m, I was impressed with the after sales service we received with regular updates on the status of our order and a planned well scheduled installation date.
On the day our doors were planned for install, we found the opening wasn't suffice for the doors to be fitted. This was down to our builder and not Ekco. The Ekco install team were very helpful though and left the opening water tight and safe whilst our builder addressed his short coming. A second visit was organised and the doors were installed within 3 hours of the Ekco team arriving. They were extremely pleasant, we ll mannered and very tidy. The job went without hitch and look amazing. The quality of the product in my opinion is excellent and the price was very competitive. We sought 3 prices and visited 3 showrooms and chose Ekco for a number of reasons, not just the price. I would have no hesitation is using this company again or recommending them to any family or friends taking on a project such as this.

We recently had our kitchen done by ecko. Honestly from the very beginning I knew they would be outstanding. From the moment I walked in the showroom I knew that would be where we would choose. They really did design our dream kitchen. We were so impressed we ended up getting our kitchen, bifolding doors and flooring all from them. From design to completion they were amazing. The kitchens are such high quality and look even more amazing in reality than they do in the design pictures. The kitchen fitter, Matt, was outstanding - such attention to detail and an absolute perfectionist. And a lovely guy to work with. We couldn’t fault our kitchen, we absolutely love it and it has transformed our home into an open plan living area that has impressed everyone who has visited. Many people have asked us who did it! We couldn’t have asked for anything more - the quality of the service and product from start to finish was amazing!
Would recommend them without hesitation!

I recently had a new bathroom installed by EKCO. The whole experience was excellent from the computer generated pictures of how it might look through to the final installation and the staff were very helpful. The people working on the installation were very particular about tidiness and the whole thing was done very efficiently. I had no issues or snagging with the final article. I would highly recommend EKCO.

The quality of the products is excellent and from the office staff to the plumber, tiler and carpenter, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. There are always snags but EKCO arranged for them to be dealt with promptly and the end result is a bathroom and WC we can be proud of.
(It is only the fact that they don't paint ceilings that stopped me from giving them 5 stars.)

Well pleased with our finished bathroom.The Cost is at the high end.The quality of the in-house design,installation and support teams was excellent and made the cost worthwhile.The quality of material and workmanship were high.Minor snagging was dealt with promptly.We would certainly recommend EKCO. Very pleased with bathroom, got exactly what I was looking for. Installation Team paid particular attention to detail. Customer service very good. Would recommend.

I've used Ecko a number of times now to supply aluminium windows and bi-fold doors for extentions I've done. There products are fantastic and are very competitive on price. The customer service you get is outstanding from start to finish and lead time are good as well. Would highly recommend.

We chose Ekco to supply and fit our bifold doors, not because they were the cheapest but because they had such a quick turnaround. Our builder made the hole in the wall, installing the lintels etc then Craig came round to measure up ensuring a perfect fit. The hole was boarded up and a week later the windows were installed exactly as promised.
There was a tiny flaw on one of the windows which we didn’t notice but the installers did, so the panel was replaced the following week.
Throughout the process Craig was available to answer any questions we or the builders had.
The windows are great, taller than may companies offer and are great quality. The customer service we have received from Craig and the team has been exemplary from start to finish.

Went to EKCO for my windows for a self build. The window design was a bespoke design with a feature window on 1st floor level at the back of the house which needed to be symmetrical with the previously purchased bifolds from another company (who subsequently went into liquidation) on ground level. EKCO were meticulous in their approach to detail to ensure they got it right and ensured the windows were of the correct quality to allow us to meet the U Value set by Building Standards. Michelle and Craig worked closely with my wife and I as well as my builder to get this right an meet our requirements. Craig also came out at short notice to meet the builder to answer a technical question before install to ensure the fit was exact. I'd had an impression beforehand that EKCO are expensive, but when you evaluate getting it right first time with a quality product and an excellent in house team listening and getting the finer details right then I believe we got value for money and a product that will last.

After the excellent job the company had done on a new bathroom I was happy to go back to them for our new kitchen. We paid in full up front and were told that the job would take around ten days to complete. In the end it took several weeks as jobs were left undone and we were promised that "someone would be back" to finish them.

In all the company:
- Damaged the fitted dishwasher during installation. This had to be fixed by an engineer from the manufacturer.
- Failed to restore the boiler isolator switch when rewiring the new sockets.
- Specified the wrong size of waste unit for the under-sink installation. A smaller unit was eventually supplied but it was of an inferior standard.
- Failed to carry out a final inspection or offer any compensation for the delays in the installation.

The rest of the kitchen was as we expected but I was very disapointed in the lack of communication from the project manager and the length of time it took to complete the work. For the price that we paid I expected a better standard of care.
