Ecko from my standpoint delivered a quality product to the standard we expected and equally important delivered on dates promised
Another key feature was the selection of their supply chain which I believe was excellent and critical in their succesful delivery
As they say a chain is only as strong as the weakest link

From the very start from planning, purchasing and installation, Ekco made it for us, as the customer, a stress free project.
On a complete refurbishment, the tradesmen were competent and capable demonstrating a skill base that reflected in a smooth exercise that left us with a top quality bathroom.
So our thanks go to Laura and Hollie for the planning and purchasing.
Also thanks to the tradesmen namely Neil (1) (Plumber) , Neil (2) (Joiner), Callum (Electrician) and Christopher (Tiler). A solid team effort, all overseen by Joe. Thank you and would highly recommend your Company to others. Tommy and Pamela Sutherland

From the quote to installation, the service from Ekco was excellent. We used them for our windows and patio slider in an extension and also just had a glass door supplied and fitted.

We contactacted Ekco to fit a new shower as previous one which was fitted by Ekco in 2011 needed replaced. Joe organised Neil and and electrician to come and fit our new shower. They were extremely professional and used shoe covers and left the place spotless. There was a small issue with shower,(nothing to do with Ekco) but Neil was so professional and sorted out the problem very efficiently. I would highly recommend Ekco as they are amazing and do a first class job. . .. Thanks again Joe and Neil.!!

We've used EKCO for a previous kitchen installation some time ago and returned to them for bathroom alterations and a kitchen sink replacement. Communications with Hollie and Joe were efficient from the beginning and work started when agreed.
Bath removal and walk-in shower fitting went well despite some anticipated problems with drainage connection. The two Neils and the tiler worked to a very high standard and we are delighted with the results.

We had two internal Crittall Style internal doors with reeded glass fitted and I have to say that the team were great and the product is too. I've worked as an architect for almost 30 years and was quite taken aback at having fitters who were reviewing the best position of the doors, were friendly, completely finished everything around the openings and cleaned up. I've worked with some great trades before but never felt the urge to write to say such a heartfelt thankyou.

We were recommended to try EKCO when we were looking to replace our faulty front door.
From initial contact up to installation of the door we have been very happy with the service provided.
The fitters Kacper and Bart did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the final product

UPDATE after writing this review I received a missed call from you on 2 September. I emailed you then to ask to reply back to me in writing I did not recieve a reply. Hansgrohe did agree to replace the product after I said all other products were not damaged, you confirmed the correct product in writing, the 'similar' item was not suitable and could not be used, the other product was not the one that you agreed to and was £50 less.
Hansgrohe has also now confirmed that the replacement fitting provided by Ekco is NOT a Hansgrohe product. Therefore it appears that although we have paid for a Hansgrohe product we have a poor quality product that has defects and Ecko are unwilling to accept responsibility and blame the customer instead.
Original:
Our small bathroom installation by Ekco took three months and came with several issues — including a blocked basin overflow caused by excessive silicone. To fix this the original pop-up waste fitting was replaced, but has now began deteriorating within the warranty period.
I contacted Ekco, and while the individual team member helping has always been courteous and tried to help, the resolution process has been frustrating.
I was initially told that our cleaning products had caused the damage, despite all other Hansgrohe fittings installed at the same time remaining in excellent condition.
After some back and forth I was promised a replacement part. I specifically requested a Hansgrohe pop-up waste, but received the wrong item. Then the correct part was agreed upon in writing, however, I was sent a cheaper alternative from another brand — worth approximately £50 less.
Ekco then claimed the agreed Hansgrohe part had been discontinued. I was offered 2 options to accept the wrong part I couldnt use or the inferior part which wasnt Hansgrohe.
Hansgrohe later confirmed in writing that it was still available. I forwarded this confirmation to Ekco but received no response.
After nearly two months, it appears that Ekco is unwilling to honour the terms of the products warranty or uphold the commitments made. This also raises concerns about whether the original replacement product provided was genuine to begin with.
I would not recommend using this company.

Recently had an ensuite installed. Hollie designed a beautiful space and Matt did an incredible job installing it all. Matt was always meticulous in his work and superb at working through any problems we came up against. Everything was dealt with in a timely fashion, with no fuss. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you to all at EKCO!

We purchased a set of Origin bi-folding doors as part of a wider renovation we carried out a decade or so ago. The doors look as good today as they did at purchase. On the rare occasions where we have needed post-sale support, ekco's installation team have been really helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

Ekco fitted 4 bathroom about 15 years ago. They’ve lasted brilliantly and still look great. We needed a replacement plug for one sink. Many companies won’t entertain small jobs like this but it was no problem getting the part and having it fitted. Great service.

As part of normal wear and tear I needed to replace a washer on a toilet fitted by EKCO as part of our ensuite refurbishment in 2019. As it was a closed compound toilet I had difficulty locating the shutoff valve. I contacted Callum from the installation team for advice on where it might be and thereafter Neil, one of the plumbers in charge of the original installation came round and located it and also replaced the washer. That was very helpful and appreciated considering the time since the original work was completed.

Carol is the main man doing work on the door and done a fantastic job , very friendly and insisted on cleaning tiny bits dust left himself , even tho we offered to do it. Topman
Also Euan for sorting a broken seal on door not normally covered by guarentee . Could not be more happy with service . Top notch.

I had a combo new kitchen using some of the old units, and the removal of a wall to create a bigger space. As soon as the work started, a problem with the ceiling was identified. Everyone at Ekco was brilliant - work had to stop, but they found someone who could help fix the problem, offered temporary kitchen units/appliances whilst the work was being done and generally cared about what was happening! There's no way a big faceless kitchen company would have been so supportive. The kitchen is all done now and I couldn't be happier. It's exactly what Kaitlyn and I designed. Gary (the fitter) was so lovely and very patient will all my 'tweaks' and requests, and Alex (the builder) and his crew were amazing. Highly recommend - especially if your house isn't quite square...

From the planning stages right through to the end , everyone that was involved in our project went above and beyond . Well done and a huge thank you.

Emma was a real pleasure to deal with from day one, creating a beautiful kitchen and utility design for our new build home. Nothing was too much trouble for Emma and the Ekco team! Huge thanks to Emma, Katie, Martyn, Lisa, Amy and Matt. We would definitely recommend Ekco to all of our family and friends, we are delighted with the end results. Thanks you all again for your support!

This is an update on the review I left on the 25th of February. A director phoned on the 26th asking me to take down the post, which I refused to do as I had taken the first one down at the end of last year on the promise they would resolve all outstanding issues. His answer after all this time was unbelievably as he phrased it "A Good Will Gesture" to replace 6 tiles which his company had bought at "Great Expense " ( there is at least 20 tiles much lighter than the rest) and they would adjust the shower door which has leaked from the day it was fitted, as somebody from ECKO has already tried to readjust it I'm a bit dubious about the outcome on that, no mention of the silver fittings which turned white in the first week nor any refund on the plastering that was never done and the two day's of tiling
(one day for the walls and the other day for the floor) which they took upon themselves to condense into one day resulting in my toilet being unusable till after nine pm that evening knowing as I had already explained that I needed use of the bathroom as I was not long out of hospital with acute renal failure. As the conversation with the gentleman I was speaking to was clearly going nowhere I asked if could speak to someone more senior than himself, to which he replied I couldn't speak to anyone higher than him and then unbelievably he went on to say if I wanted to have my bathroom retiled he would give me a discount on the retail price !! bearing in mind they put up the tiles which were clearly different batch numbers as their representative said as soon as he walked into the bathroom (I have never asked to have the bathroom retiled and I was quite happy to compromise and accept if they could just replace the 20 or so tiles which are clearly different batch numbers) but in a burst of temper he decided to withdraw his goodwill gesture of 6 replacement tiles !!! and until I gave him an formal apology (for what I'm not quite sure) he would no longer deal with me nor my faulty fifteen thousand pound bathroom
