This company does not even deserve one star! They have in their possession my clothes (perhaps about 20 dresses - most unworn with price labels still attached - all Australian designers such as Zimmerman, Aje, Scanlon etc) under the assumption that they would 'work out a price' for them and either sell them or rent them out through their shop. Emily took down all my personal details - email, phone etc and said she would email me the next day when I was to provide my bank details for some of the payment. I never heard from her again. I have tried calling her on many occasions - left voice messages and emailed. I have not received any reply to either and when I have called around to the shop it has not been open. Perhaps I have lost all my lovely clothes, however, I warn anyone else to not be as trusting as I was and not deal with this company. At times I feel so upset about this 'act', it actually makes me feel unwell.

AVOID Ekoluv with any formal hire needs. While they look the goods on their website, the reality is the opposite. Girls devastated THE DAY BEFORE THEIR FORMAL when dresses dont arrive. They ignore all phone calls, messages, and offer no explanation or compensation. As you have to pay the hire MONTHS in advance, you are then left fighting to get a refund and scramble to find another dress THE DAY BEFORE FORMAL!! AVOID. They are just scammers.
