The electrician was punctual and communicated well. He gave us solutions for the 2 problems we had. One solution was low cost and we could fix ourselves. The other solution required he collect extra material. He fixed the problem, but the light behaves slightly unpredictably due to previous owner modifications (lights change colour each time)

Their service, with special consideration for the electrician sent to do the job on two separate occasions, was timely, efficient and professional. Natalia's assistance and insight was outstanding and above expectation - certainly much appreciated and highly recommended!

A fraud company, will mot recommed.
I booked them to install a electric socket with handrail towel dryer in my bathroom.
- First he came 2 hour late then
- forget to bring the drill, then
- forget to bring the socket itself, making 2 rounds to the car which waste time.
- Then putting the wrong wire which took another installation
- then installing the towel handrail rail in opposite direction which makes it unusable.. next i burned my hand due to this, and when calling them to fox it they said to pay again for this job.. what.. you install wrong you must fix it.

And more fraud company by charging me 50sek for 8 screw cost and other 600sek for 1 plug and socket. I am gonna complain to the customer court very soon..

I hired this company to install three lamps in my kitchen, and the whole process was frustrating from start to finish. First, the electrician showed up without a ladder, but he was rather short and couldn't reach them. I was then charged for the extra time it took him to drive and pick up a ladder, which is unacceptable and unprofessional.

The work itself was slow and sloppy. For example, he reinstalled the light switches the wrong way around – inconsistent with the rest of the room – and I had to point it out myself for them to fix it, wasting even more time. Overall, it felt like the job required constant supervision just to ensure decent quality, which defeats the purpose of hiring professionals in the first place.

To make things worse, when I booked the job, I asked if they could provide a document confirming that part of the existing electrical installation was unsafe (naked wires left by the previous owner). They said it would be no problem. Two weeks and several follow-up calls later, I still haven’t received anything.

The price was high for such poor service. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Got help recently with changing the kitchen lighting. Quick response and efficient service – all questions were answered and everything was resolved. Really appreciated the professionalism.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by this company. It appeared that the electrician deliberately worked at an unusually slow pace and performed task that was entirely unnecessary, seemingly to extend the duration of the job and increase the final cost. I would not recommend engaging with this company without first ensuring that every detail of the work is clearly outlined and agreed upon in advance. Additionally, I strongly advise closely monitoring the time spent on the job.
Unfortunately, the customer support team was neither helpful nor understanding. Their lack of objectivity and unwillingness to consider the client’s perspective further compounded the negative experience.

I had a really bad experience, the technician just troubleshooted the problem, but added in the faktura fastening material that he didn't use also it came different the the agreed amount, it took me weeks of emails and phone calls to fix it but in the end it also came back with the right amount with the added cost of the martials that was not used, by the time i was so bored to call them again to fix it so i just paid.

They came fast and did their job well! So recommended!

After reading some reviews , I was afraid to make a deal with the company .. but I decided to make my first call and I have no regrets, the people are so helpful and nice speaking .. even the possibility to pay from another country made my service easier
