Great communication, fast delivery. Although it clearly stated the next written communication would be to let me know when it would be delivered; as a 1st time buyer on Elara, I'd probably have felt more at ease with an in-between message just to let me know they were still working on the order. The delivery contractor is great particularly with the abiluty to place a pointer on Google maps. Please note that despite of that, if you have got a long address, it may not be transferred from Elara in full. I had to email the courrier to make sure they got the full address.
Overall: excellent sercice and communicatiin, written or verbal.

I'm sorry to say but my experience with Elara so far has been very negative.

I purchased a laptop which came defective: touchscreen randomly registered dozens of clicks per second until turned off. This was reported the very next day after receiving the machine.

So far it has been four workdays, 4 phone calls, 4 email threads, and I still am not allowed to return this machine for a replacement.

Half of these are not even with Elara, but with a third party Elara insists I must contact for authorization to return the defective unit.

I find this pretty unreasonable. I shouldn't have to chase around manufacturers to return a product to a reseller. That's the resellers job.

I'm sorry to give your company a one star but this is a really awful customer experience and it is due to company policies.
