So I’ve only been using Elavate collagen for 13 days. I’m always a bit sceptical about adverts I see on facebook, but I did quite a bit of research into the product and reading people’s comments and posts. I was also happy that the company is based in the uk. I was interested in the collagen mainly for my joints and back. I must say whether it’s coincidence or not, I’ve not had any lower back pain since taking it daily and I suffered daily!
I ordered 3 months supply of the chocolate flavour, which I have 2 teaspoons daily in my chocolate mocha drink. It mixes nicely and tastes great. I ordered directly from the Elavate website, and the ordering process was very easy. I got 3 pouches of the chocolate collagen powder, a free frother, a nice tin, some free sample sachets and a tub of multi vitamins which taste great (mango), and some useful information. It all came presented lovely in a nice sturdy box. I ordered on the Thursday and it arrived on the Saturday. The company keep in contact with you via emails and WhatsApp, and send useful informative videos. I’ve actually recommended this product to my friend and she has ordered 3 months supply.
I’m looking forward to seeing further improvements with my joints, skin, hair etc with continued use of this tasty product.
I have osteoarthritis, had a knee replacement July 2025 and had regular pain in my hips, lower back and my other knee. But since using this product the pain has eased already.

I am cancelling my subscription, through no fault of Elavate. My emails were answered promptly and my request was dealt with.

I love Elevate and have now been using it for 3 months. I can definitely feel the difference, especially with my menopausal symptoms. Delivery was extremely quick and the free vitamins were a lovely surprise in the well presented box that came to my door. Elevate is helping me find me again! I would highly recommend. Been tempted to try this and was sent an email code but when adding to the basket it is apparent that the email offers do not come up, bad case of false advertising.
I shouldn't think they give 2 hoots about an order from me and I'm not expecting a reply, but if you promise something, then give it.

Been taking this around 6 months and have seen a great improvement of my overall wellbeing. I feel more awake and stronger, I’ve noticed my hair looks healthier, shiner and growing. My face looks plumper and skin feels better. It’s simple to take daily and has a great taste. Delivery is quick and customer service is great.

Quick responses and delivery,I have only been taking it for a week and already notice a difference in sleep and flexibility in my legs more which is a blessing from the daily aches and pains I suffered.

Ordered the vanilla which is delicious, so then ordered the Chocolate which is even better. The free Gummies are so tasty they are like sweets. The mango ones are my favourite. Have only been taking for just over a week but my joints do feel better, not in so much pain after 10 hours at work. Fingers crossed the weight will shift too

The website was easy to use and it was easy to place an order.
Ive only been taking it a week so not any obvious signs of improvement but its very early days.
I come the vanilla powder and have it every morning with almond milk. I lovecthe flavour and would definitely recommend it.
It also came really quick once I placed an order.

Fantastic company. For me Elavate have been second to none, my first order was lost in transit. No problem at all, their customer services were quick, professional and solved the problem swiftly sending another package.

The product itself is amazing, I have the vanilla flavour which I add to milk, using the milk frother. I have followed Elavates suggesting of making a routine with my shake and it has worked. I have almost completed my first month and have noticed a decline in the amount of hair I am loosing and the shine has returned.

Personally I can’t wait for it to help with my hip pain and I am confident if I stick at it I will be pain free soon.

I was also sent the free gummies which are also now part of my morning routine and 100% improving my general wellbeing.

I couldn’t recommend them more.

I would give it a minus if I could. I have been signed up for a subscription I didn't want. I have emailed 3 times now to cancel with no response.. now taken a further payment today. Very unhappy!!!

I have only been taking Elavate for 10 days but so far so good, I will leave another review in 3 and 6 months
