Terrible customer service, slow responses, refusal to help
Wanted to cancel my order before it was shipped and contacted Elbenwald support vie email swiftly. They ignored my emails for three weeks. Only got auto-replies.
Then I received package with the order, which I didn't want. Opened PayPal dispute, which Elbenwald also successfully ignored. They only reacted after PayPal team stepped in.
Elbenwald team repeatedly insisted orders cannot be cancelled and refused to arrange a pickup or cover return postage even though their slow, uncommunicative support created the situation. No apologies, no help, just claiming that they understand my situation and there logistics and support is so great (by their words, no proof of course).
I returned the parcel by courier on 6 Oct; they promised an immediate refund but only said they “prioritised” processing after I chased them. No genuine apology, no compensation for wasted time, and no proactive help.
Avoid Elbenwald if you value clear communication and customer care.

The absolute worst customer service
Failed to deliver. Failed to resolve. Awful customer service experience.
Things look good on paper but when you need support, they lie refuse resolutions and tell you to be thankful and understanding and to have a nice day.

How is it possible that for 2 products, the pre-order date gets severly postponed? This is the fifth time now! They're huge scammers. I'm never gonna get my two products. And a refund? Oh no, that's not possible because both were a pre-order from 2024! I'm never ever ordering here again. Untrustworthy money grabbers! They don't make magic happen, trust me!

Total lack of care of packaging
I bought the Collectors item: “Jurassic Park Toyllectible Treasure Statue Velociraptor Blue Raptor Recon” from Elbenwald via Amazon. When it arrived it was not packaged in a box, the shipping label was just slapped right on the box itself. This means that the box was damaged not only from the transport but also with a shipping label that was impossible to remove. As a COLLECTORS ITEM the box is as important as the product itself, and a store like this should know better. When I contacted customer service about this I was sent a returnlabel, but what I did not know was that they deducted €8.40 from the back payment for postage. So now I’m out of €8.40 because of mistake THEY made.
