Thanks for your review Daniel- we appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately we've found that shipping from either our main warehouse in the UK or our secondary one in the USA can incur customs fees to your location. We are looking into ways to solve this as fortunately it doesn't happen for every customer, so the random nature does make it harder for us to identify why.
We hope to have a solution soon, but in the meantime we will be in touch via email to investigate further.

Great support. Fast and friendly.
I had a problem with my Axis after a failed update, so I emailed to find out how to get it sorted. The responses were friendly and speedy and I soon found out I’d have to send my unit for repair. They received it on Tuesday, I had it back on Thursday. Spot on.
