I have nothing but highest praise for the The ELECTRIC HEATING COMPANY for its excellent products and supreme customer service - and I speak with the experience of a long and invaluable association with this great company.
In 2008, I bought 3 electric boilers for 3 small tenanted flats: 18 years and many tenancies later, 2 of these boilers are still running very well; the 3rd, is only now being replaced and, of course, by another EHC product!
Throughout these 18 years, I have witnessed nothing but genuine professional commitment, especially from wonderful JOHN WEBB, to help and advice; a missionary zeal to corkscrew down to find not only the problem, but also the best and most competitive solution, be this a mere spare part, a whole new product or an installer in my area. I would be lost without John's generous guidance and bottomless knowledge, as well as kind support. I know I am in safest hands every time I contact John and the ELECTRIC HEATING COMPANY!

Excellent service from an excellent company.
In December 2025 I purchased a new electric combi boiler from EHC to replace my old gas boiler. The sales team were amazing, answering all of my questions and helping me to get the right system for my home.
On Tuesday evening this week (19/05/26) the room thermostat became faulty and I emailed EHC about it. 8.50 on Wednesday morning John from EHC rang me and told me he would send a replacement. That arrived today, Thursday morning!
I cannot fault the service I have received from EHC, every time I have dealt with them they have been brilliant.
I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding customer service
Had one of those days installing controls to a EHC boiler, and needed a replacement PCB.
With time pressing I rushed ordering the replacement, and realised it was wrong when it arrived, so I contacted the electric heating company directly and spoke which John, and after explaining the situation to him, he immediately guided me to the correct item.
From contacting ehc to ordering the correct replacement was no time at all, with them giving me the contact details to use WhatsApp to send over the existing PCB image and the (wrong) one I previously ordered for easy communication.
I’ve just received a call from them to confirm they have the returned item I sent yesterday, and that they will refund me for that order.
I can’t stress how good the customer service is, from having questions on site answered to them contacting you about your order either via email or over the phone.
Il definitely be recommending this company going forward, and il be returning (hopefully not in the same situation as this time)

Unbelievable service
I had a broken heating dial on my E.H.C. radiator. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a replacement free of charge. Brilliant courteous service!
Incidentally, I have had these radiators for over 10 years with no problems at all other than this which was caused by mis-use.

John came to the rescue. He made it his mission to get the boiler working again, even though it wasn't EHC's fault. He was patient, professional and optimistic from the start that he fix it. Just what we needed to hear after 8 weeks without heating.
He was as good as his word - identified the issue and booked an engineer to reset the system.

Technical department saved me!..
Had a bit of a nightmare customer asking me to commission four boilers. I was only meant to be there to supply power, but the job quickly grew arms and legs.
