I ordered Motor, Gearbox and Axle for my Powacaddy.
Delivered next day, great service would definitely use again

I needed a part for my motocaddy golf trolley
Motocaddy are unwilling to send parts outside the UK (knobs)
I found electricgolftrolleyspares on line and ordered and paid for the part with them,
I later realised I had ordered the wrong part and emailed them, they immediately corrected my order and sent it out next day to a friend in UK
Royal mail found no-one at home and returned the part immediately, (knobs)
I contacted electricgolftrolleyspares and asked them to re-send the part which they did with no problems and it was received the next day
Sterling after sales service and kind, polite sales staff to deal with

Ordered a bit for my Powakaddy was there next day, excellent service, when i disassembled it there was another broken bit, again ordered replacement part and like first time there next day, great service and bits were perfect

Ordered the incorrect part online for my Powakaddy Trolley. Rang the branch in Lambeg Co. Antrim and Craig was very helpful and exchanged it for me.

I ordered a new battery lead from this company at 4pm yesterday and it arrived before 1pm today. What a great service in partnership with Royal Mail.

Not to be confused with electrictrolleyspares, this supplier is the genuine article. Alan kindly identified what wheel/clutch assembly I needed for my old Powakaddy Freeway, as well as the correct potentiometer to install. The parts came quickly and I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Great service, very helpful when my father in law's Motorcaddy fault turned out not to be the Controller, provided advice and swapped part for the new motor which fixed the problem. Highly recommended for their attitude to help, not just sell you bits.

I have been using them since 2014 and they have never failed to deliver. Very good advice when I have needed it and they always seem to have what I want in stock at a good price and I haven't even bothered shopping around for many years now.

Ordered two new tyres for my old powacaddy in the afternoon and they arrived the following morning and were exactly what i wanted. Great service and a good price. Don't confuse this company with a similar named electric trolley supplier that has terrible reviews and rubbish customer service.

My rather ancient but incredibly reliable Hill Billy golf trolley went on the blink on Monday. It sped up and would not stop until I unplugged the battery. I contacted Hill Billy staff...James and he was very helpful diagnosing the possible problem as a faulty motor speed controller. I placed my order at 1252 on Wednesday the 11th of July 2018 and received my order by 1052 on Thursday the 12th of July! By standard delivery. How good is that. I live in Sussex and the company operates from Lisburn, Northern Ireland.I replaced the part on my trolley and it was working again by 1124...less than 24 hours.
