Bought a Miele vacuum from this…

Bought a Miele vacuum from this company. Amazing turn round from late evening order to delivery 40 hours later. Pleased they use DPD, more reliable than some other carriers! Excellent service, great price. Would recommend Electricshop.

Great Buying Experience

Great buying experience. The TV I bought matched the lowest price I could find anywhere else on the web. No gimmicks, no discount codes, just the best price. Customer service was excellent. Ben from the sales team kept me informed at all stages from order placement to arranging delivery via AIT Home Delivery. The TV was delivered in perfect condition at the advised time.

Excellent service…

This was one of the easiest orders I have ever had, thanks to electricshop.com . My item arrived safely in excellent condition and was with me in 2 days after purchase. Electricshop.com phone me in minutes of receiving my item to make sure I received it and was happy with the service provided. I would happily recommend electricshop.com to all and would happily purchase from them again

In the Wife’s good books …

Bought the wife’s belated valentines present, the SEBO X7 Automatic, on the Electricshops website.

Best price on the internet for this model which I’d decided the wife would love.

Could Electricshop’s communication and delivery service match their pricing? Absolutely.

No need for aftercare as yet so unable to comment on that but I’m very impressed with the service provided to date.

Great experience all round

Purchased an Audio Technica AT-LP120XBT-USB turntable. Website was very informative and easy to use. The price was the lowest on the internet, even beating John Lewis’s price match! Delivery was earlier than expected, managed well by DPD. The item was very well packaged and arrived safely. It’s a great item, by the way. Would highly recommend both the seller and the item!

Good Price and reassuring delivery process

Really happy with purchase of new turntable. Good price. Would have been 5 starts, but took one off as mix-up with delivery time (Not enough notice), but was quickly resolved with short call to electric shop to arrange new delivery the next day. Delivered by DPD which was fine - Arrived when they said they would, and had to give code to receive my high value goods. Process gave assurance it would not just be dumped on doorstep or whatever. Would I use electricshop.com again? - YES

Fantastic service!

Purchased a Miele vacuum cleaner from Electricshop as it was more than £100 cheaper than John Lewis. Ordering online was quick and efficient and I also received £5 ‘welcome’ voucher which I used to order express delivery. Vacuum cleaner arrived 2 days later and was kept up to date with delivery details. Thank you to everyone involved; will definitely use this company again for future electrical items!

Wouldn't use again

I wouldn't use electricshop again. Got in touch after my order to advise they wouldn't be able to deliver for several weeks. They then missed the revised date and only updated me after being chased. Then they started sending arsey emails because I wasn't in when they eventually tried to deliver, and started threatening inflated 'carriage costs' of £24.99 if the item was returned to them.

Plenty of other electrical retailers out there with significantly better customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the delay to your order and appreciate your patience throughout the process.

After reviewing the full order history, the item was initially shown as available to order on 4th January. On the same day, we attempted to contact you and left a voicemail to advise that the supplier had informed us of a delay to their next UK shipment, expected at the end of January. We followed this up by email on 6th January with an updated estimated delivery date, which you kindly confirmed you were happy to wait for.

Unfortunately, the shipment then experienced an additional short delay during UK customs clearance. As soon as the stock arrived with us, your order was dispatched the same day using express next-day delivery.

Our courier, DPD, sent delivery notifications with a one-hour time slot. As no one was available to receive the parcel on the first attempt, we contacted you to rearrange delivery for the following day and sent a further update on the morning of delivery, which was successfully completed.
We would also like to clarify that when a delivery attempt fails and a parcel is returned, the courier charges both the original delivery and return costs, which is why this was advised.

We genuinely regret that this experience was disappointing and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.
