ebike store trying to take advantage

I have been financing an ebike for over a year now with Electrified ebikes in St Petersburg Florida.
The bike model/manufacturer has had several issues requiring repairs under warranty.
The motor went out at a certain mileage, and they had to replace it.
Now, this bike is doing the same thing.
I brought it to the shop and
before anyone even inspected the bike, I was criticized by the mechanic who brought the bike inside.
Then inside the person behind the counter basically insinuated that I wasn't using the bike correctly.
I'm a 52 yr nurse who purchased this bike to improve my health issues.
I have knowledge of the bike and how to use it.
I'm not out here riding the bike recklessly or anything else to cause the motor go out.
Also, the bike is stored in my spare bedroom.
I do not ride in the rain and have a nice car I use for transportation.
I have taken very good care of this ebike, but instead of using the warranty to replace or fix the motor they are trying to just be done with me.
I can not even get Toby to call me back.
He is the owner and the one who emailed, (didn’t bother to call) stating the mechanic indicates there was water damage, impact damage etc., which is totally untrue. The guy on the inside behind the counter at drop off stated he would love to just get me in a different bike, so I could quit coming up there and bugging them.
Inconvenienceing them? What about my inconvenience? I have had to bring the bike up there on numerous occasions for different malfunctions, and also had to wait on a mechanic to become available. And instead of getting a call back and discussing the situation, I get ignored. It's been six weeks. I i have emailed Toby, made numerous amounts of phone calls, left messages, and even went to the store directly and left a message to be given to Toby to please call me back to no avail.
I'm assumming I have no other choice but to seek litagation with our family attorney which could have been avoided.
