THEY DELETE NEGATIVE REIVEWS
Sold a product with fake specifications…

On manual has different specs to one on their website,
saying that it supported more weight than it actually did (as according to actual manufacturer), yet they did not do anything about it after contacting them.

After ignoring my questions that I asked several times they "assumed" it was resolved, when in fact I gave up. Wow amazing service

Would not rate at all bought electric scooter last Christmas for my lad charger does not work contacted them 4-5 times this year for replacement no response or acknowledgement will never use them again shocking after care

Wheel on the bike was faulty and you lot bounced me back to the manufacturer who was useless

Very helpful and communicative. When the rear LED light failed after a couple of months, Electroheads sent a replacement quickly.

They sent me the wrong bike and I was stuck with it after assembly as I would’ve had to pay for its return. The bike’s throttle also stopped working after 2 weeks and no repair shop is willing to fix it as they don’t fix electric bikes. This purchase is one of my biggest regrets. Just get a normal bike and save yourself the troubles.

I ordered a scooter and it says 3 to 5 days for delivery, that is fine but then after 3days I received a message saying I’ve had a full refund with no reason why they couldn’t deliver my scooter. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY OR A SCOOTER, just another message saying they stopped trading in March. Why is this company still on line taking orders and people’s money.

No email address and no phone number so for that reason I'll give it one star

Absolutely useless customer services I can’t understand all the high scores on there. We bought two bikes in November and it’s been nothing but poor customer services in the beginning taking over two weeks to answer and in the end just not answering at all! Note they stopped answering long before they started sending out emails, as below, stating that they have closed the retail operation. I’m pretty sure a lot of the high scores on here were friends and family giving fake reviews. Anyone wondering this is the email we received below:
“ We have closed our retail operation as of 31st March 2024. If you have previously purchased a product from Electroheads which has developed a fault, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to see whether you are covered by their official warranty - details of which can be found on the manufacturer's website. Your warranty, as of date of purchase, sits with the manufacturer and not Electroheads.”

We are not surprised they’ve closed with such Poor Poor Customer services!

Note to Electroheads this bit you wrote in the email you sent is completely incorrect "Your warranty, as of date of purchase, sits with the manufacturer and not Electroheads." I'm sure they know it but just don't want to be bothered by any customers. The law states under UK training standards
"Your contract is with the seller and not the manufacturer, which means that only the seller is liable for the breach of contract (selling faulty or defective goods). The retailer can, if it so wishes, complain to the manufacturer in due course."

The guys at electroheads have been great, there was an issue with my bike (on the supplier end, not electroheads) and they went above and beyond to try and fix it for me. They were absolutely fantastic and I would definitely recommend to anyone! Thanks again!

Delivery was prompt but the glasses, with the mirrored section to see behind, just do not work for me. I can only get limited rear view vision if I distort eyes to a point of discomfort.
