Scam!!! Please avoid this website. Lost 500 euros.
Now they will move to another website in order to loose their awful reviews. Be careful.
I made the order in December. They replied that it will take 8 weeks for the delivery. After 8 weeks - they said another 4 weeks. After 4 weeks they said more time is needed. They tried to help - by giving a new option of another freezer that will come earlier. They asked more money for it! They said 1-2 weeks. After 3 weeks they stopped to reply.
After waiting 5 weeks for a delivery that was meant to take 2 weeks, I was told it would still be another 6 weeks. And then, after cancelling the order, it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received a refund - terrible customer service, and unacceptable business behaviour
