Excellent service, speedy delivery great prices
Ordered two items initially and within minutes of my order being confirmed was called by a very nice lady who said that one item would not be in stock until the next day. She asked if I would be happy to split the order so one would arrive a day later. That's what you call great customer service. First item arrived the next day, and the second a day later.
Subsequently placed a further order with them. I queried if I had ordered the correct item. I had a response within minutes, despite the order being placed at 22:00.
Happy to thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.
Thanks again. I look forward to further pleasant transactions in the future.

Extremely nice people to deal with.
Had such a pleasant, endearing experience dealing with this Company. There was an unfortunate mix up whereby an incorrect item was sent so I didn't receive what I ordered. I telephoned the Company and the lady running the office was extremely kind and polite and instantly said she would send me the correct item free of charge and no need for me to return the item I received.
The lady showed such kindness and willingness to bend over backwards to be helpful and was such a polite and kind spirited person.
The item I received was a mini version of one of their e-cigarette tanks and the quality of the tank gives the nicest vape I have ever had from any other tank. At only £9 for the tank I bought this is superb value.
I would definitely recommend this Company and will continue to go to them from now on to buy these tanks and other e-cig items.
