Bought a product, never received it and never got refund.

UPDATE 09.05.2023: 2 weeks passed to my writing of this review and still no response. And a total of 1.5 months passed to the actual order..

Almost a month ago my wife bought a hand held car vacuum cleaner from your website but we never received it and you never refunded back the money even though we sent you countless emails from your contact form on the website.

Kindly requesting you to solve this. Order number: #1019

Bad communication. Expensive. Receive different product.

Over priced equipment and communication is very, very poor. Item delivered was not the item on their website. They sent a unit that could be found €25 cheaper on Amazon.
I have emailed them directly and used their website messaging service and have not received a response. I found a mobile phone number and called and sent messages with no reply
