Awful company
Awful company! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
Firstly I had to chase after two weeks and told ‘courier’ lost parcel but it was clearly never sent!
Second one the courier returned to them?! Clearly either not in stock or never sent/could fulfil order and each time you have to chase them!! Appalling…save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. From reading below, sounds like I am not the only one!

I have purchased two batteries and…
I have purchased two batteries and everything went well. Got them sent to me quickly and they arrived very fast. A month or so later one of the batteries died all of a sudden so I contacted the electropapas support. I sent them a video showing that the battery is dead and they just sent me a new one. Also, they asked me to recycle the old battery in a correct way, which was just an extra nice touch! The best service I have seen in a long time! Great work!

Disappointed
Received the battery in good time. Unfortunately after three to four hours usage it started to heat up and had a burning smell. I have emailed you several times and to date I have had no reply. Can you please reply ?
