I’d give it zero if it was possible.
This is about Bouskoura Les Meriades Mall. Electroplanet had a sale for Airfrayer ELX - AF 730 for 499DH. When I asked the rep so I can have one, he told me he needs to check the price, he came later and told me it is no longer on sale and promise me to escalate to head office so I can get it with rebate since none of personal is able to take a decision. They made me wait a whole week with no go. These guys don’t even honor their own rules prices.

They display products which mostly not available so what is the point

I have been waiting for a week now for somebody to come fix my aircondition, which I have bought the past year. communication bad, service bad, garantee bad.

Buying experience sucks. I ordered some appliances. I give the measurements the seller tells me that it will fit which is not the case… so I have to make some changes at home. Delivery scheduled for the next day. I waited 8 hours before the delivery man came. No communication. Store number does not answer. They tell me that I have to get the original sales contract when I receive the goods. The delivery men come without the original contract so I end up without an invoice. Forced to go to the store to claim the original proof of purchase they make me look like a liar. Once they checked they saw that the fault came from them. They ask me to come back to get the invoice. In short, total mess! Bad faith incarnate.

Junk products with worst customer service

I get my first product from their website and I received I different one with I different REFERENCE SUPPLIER and I paid for the expensive one, I called their services and they reply with we don't know he won't ask me what is your order ID or what is your name nothing that is your product very bad services I will never use their website and their product.

Awful everything.
can only return things if broken and only within a short time window.
no free shipping.
inflated prices.
products not like pictures sometimes.
small selections of products.

I have been waiting for my package for over 3 weeks now
They promised they will deliver in 4 days
When I called the customer service they had no idea what's going on
And they said I have to come pick the package from another city needles to say that I paid for domestic shipping aswell

They quickly give me an excuse and said I will get the package in the next 3 days (but you know what happens I never did and they never get back to me on the issue)

They inflate prices a lot. Many times they have products with prices inflated up to 50%.
