Easy and pain free service. Great communication and would definitely use again. My only gripe if I had to have one was the pictures with the products on the website are a little small and our dated. But a quick email to the guys, with a speedy response, solved that issue.

Got some fabulous headsets with mic, some VGA cables and 3.5mm audio leads. Came really quick. Much better quality than I have seen elsewhere and cheaper! Will definitely be using again and have already recommended to others.

Massive door, easy to put clothes in and out. Really fast 1400 spin. Remember Candy is really Hoover, so the machine is excellent value for money.

The service and product are good however from the information provided with the product I was unaware I would need additional equipment to make it work. I had to refer to an 'expert' to advise me on what else I needed to buy and I sourced this from another supplier (maplin). when listing a product if it requires additional info this should be provided at point of sale not waiting for the equipment to arrive for the customer to discover this!

Helpful technical advice pre and post sale. Product arrived quickly. Still installing but initial testing sounds great kit for our commercial site (4 zones). Thanks

Always a quick delivery and products are exactly as described, cant comment on after sales as I haven't needed to get back in touch.
But the web site gives all the information with very little searching. Pricing is always in the best bracket for the items I'm looking for and budget constraints I have

Ordered a disco light that was out of stock - immediately informed by e-mail and was offered two other choices, more expensive, but at the original price. Very impressed. Order came extremely quickly - have nothing but praise for this company.

I enquired about lighting for a choral society and received expert guidance. Placing the order was easy. I was transferred from Joby who took the order to Alex, who gave further advice several times, but I took this as a sign of a very personal service. I received confirmation that my order would be delivered on Tuesday. Nothing arrived. I called Joby who gave me a tracking number that showed the order would be delivered on Wednesday. Only part of the order, the cables, arrived on that day and there was no information on the delivery note about the rest of the order. I called Joby again; he told me that the lamps were coming separately from a different warehouse and were due for Thursday delivery. I work from home and this didn't cause me any problem. For other customers or businesses, it could be inconvenient, especially since the delivery note doesn't detail back-order statuses.
The advice and personal attention from Electro Supplies more than compensate for the slightly convoluted delivery process. I'll be adding to our lighting array soon, certainly from Electro Supplies.
