Terrible
Customer service isnt good and showers are absolutley terrible, cheap quality, bits were missing, pre drill holes in the wrong places, measured showers did not fit correctly and I was advised by customer service that it was my measurements that were at fault. Several different agents respo ded back and forth without a resolution. Give this a wide birth

Unfortunately the door is warped
The bathroom cabinet looks good, but the door seems to be slightly warped and doesn’t rest flat against the cabinet. My husband has tried everything to rectify the problem but hasn’t been able to solve the problem as the door is warped.

Bad advice/service, great product
We weren't sure how wide our shower was going to be after tiling, but it was looking to be around 815-820mm wide.
I contacted Elegant showers to see if this door would suit a 815mm shower, and if so what size to get, and they recommended the 820-860mm one, saying it would fit down to 800mm.
Thank god our shower ended up being 820mm wide cause there wasn't one more spare mm that we could have shrunk our door to fit a tighter gap.
Terrible service, terrible advice, but everything came together through sheer luck and the door is more than we could have wanted, and suits perfectly.

Thank you for your feedback. We would never recommend a door size that does not fit within the stated adjustment range. The model advised (820–860 mm) is designed to adjust down to 820 mm as specified not 800mm. We’re pleased to hear the final installation fits well and that you’re happy with the finished result.
Liked the finish of the unit BUT …
Liked the finish of the unit BUT the adjust ability of the dimensions was VASTLY overstated. According to the sizing the unit I selected was adjustable in size enough to fit my shower base but in practice it was not. I was forced to purchase additional black anodized aluminum square tubing to mount to the shower walls (door AND return). Also I don't like the locking mechanism for the adjust ability (interference screw into top and bottom of back of framework) - this is in no way secure enough to lock the shower frame into it's adjusted size. Finally there were sets of fasteners missing and the ones that were supplied really needed to be stainless steel to survive for any reasonable length of time. Finally, it would have been nice to see an annodised black "U" channel supplied to cover the top of the door frame to both hide and protect the rollers and associated channels from water ingress.
