I have been stugling for a while with a bug, I contacted the Elegant’s chat, I gave them access to my website and quicly they found out my problem. I had to upgrade to Divi 5 via Divi Migrator and update to the latest version of Divi.

Great products and great customer service…
Great products and great customer service. Designing a website can be difficult but Divi 5 and everyone at Elegant Themes make it much easier. Had some issues (self created) when converting from Divi 4 to Divi 5. Their staff was able to quickly pinpoint it and help me fix it. They are in no way obligated to do this so this is above and beyond! Thank you and keep up the great product design

Superb technical support
Superb technical support. The bot support is pretty good for basic tips and advice, but when more specialist support is required, the human support team are absolutely amazing. I have been using divi for years, and it's great. Divi 5 is taking a bit of time to learn, but I am really impressed with it. Highly recommended.

Elegant Themes are responsive and supportive
I find Elegant Themes to be very responsive and helpful. They pass you onto a human quickly and they get my problem and offer effective solutions. I always have lots of (probably stupid) questions and it really helps to talk it through and not just get sent a link to a page of instructions - although those are also really good!

Exceptional Support! Pavel went above and beyond to find the real root cause.
I was dealing with a very frustrating "Your Save Has Failed" error in the Divi Builder for days. My hosting provider and I initially thought it was a server firewall (ModSecurity) issue.
However, the Divi support team, specifically Pavel, stepped in and provided absolutely outstanding service. He didn't just give generic advice; he took the time to dig deep into my WordPress developer console and raw debug logs.
Pavel successfully pinpointed the exact root cause: a corrupted database table from a completely different third-party SEO plugin that was crashing the save process! On top of that, he gave me valuable structural advice on how to properly use the Divi Theme Builder.
He went above and beyond to debug an issue that wasn't even a flaw in Divi itself. This level of technical expertise, patience, and dedication is rare. Huge thanks to Pavel and the Elegant Themes team! Highly recommended!

Sergey is a genius!
Sergey along with all Divi tech support are the best. I really felt my issue involving the Divi coding module was going to be complicated (and maybe even unsolvable), but Sergey figured it out instantly. Bravo!!! I'm really impressed with his commiunication and expertise.
