Very disappointing experience after ordering more than USD 50,000 in smartphone spare parts from Elekparts.
The main issue is not only defective parts, but the lack of serious warranty support when problems happen. I had several customer returns related to screens, including EK Pro screens freezing or becoming unresponsive after installation. This created warranty repairs, unhappy customers, and direct financial losses for my business.
Instead of receiving proper support, the warranty process was slow, frustrating, and full of excuses. In my experience, once the products are sold, getting real support becomes extremely difficult.
A supplier for repair businesses must stand behind the quality of its products. Elekparts did not meet that standard in my case.
I would strongly advise other repair shops to be very careful before relying on Elekparts as a supplier.
