I've never had any issues purchasing from Element Vape. Everything is packaged well and delivery doesn't take forever. Always have the liquid and coils I use in stock. The adult signature price, isn't great, but you'll get that with everyone. Fairly priced!

Very Fast pace on receiving my order and getting it shipped. My orders have always been correct and right on time.

I like the products Element Vape offers and the prices are very good. My issue is with the shipping and processing. Once you take my payment, the order shouldn’t sit for 2–3 days before being processed. That part makes no sense. Then it takes another week to receive the product.
Some items get flagged no matter what, even if you’re an adult with proof of age and the order requires an adult signature. I understand states are cracking down on vape sales, but that’s aimed at teens — not adults who already verify their age. These new laws just make it harder for responsible adults to buy what they’ve been using for years.
Why not allow customers to upload an ID once, keep it on file, and ship the order? That would solve most of these issues. I use freebase products, not nic salts, yet certain items still get flagged for no clear reason.
Overall, Element Vape is still a great company with great products and prices — but the processing and shipping delays need improvement.

I have to replace the pods for my Wenax Q Ultra 30 W vaping kit, more often than I think I should, but that's not my complaint. There seems to be nowhere I can find only the correct pod, so I have to replace the whole kit. The result is I spend more money than I need, and I have more of the charger/heater parts of the kit than I do pods.

I prefer shopping with Element over other sites. You make it so easy to get all of my vaping needs in 1 place. The selection is excellent, but your website features are what make you stand apart. I am massively appreciate the review videos posted with pictures of every angle of your items. I can't tell you how much time this saves me not having to run around the Internet trying to get the specs on a unit or tank. It's just right there! Also having links of associated items on the page I'm viewing (ie coils for the vape I'm viewing) is such an excellent feature. Keep doing what y'all are doing, you are doing it right! 10/10
