If unresolved, I will not be a repeating customer… feels scammy
I’ve used element vape before years ago and it was pretty great. This time around, my package was marked as attempted delivery with no actual attempt on our cameras. When I tried to reach out there are three different company pages all saying to “hang tight” and saying it’s the other companies responsibility with no phone numbers. My package has been in limbo and there’s no one to actually contact. Even with route protection, I have no package, a loss on $60, and no help on the matter.

I'm sure I will like the juices I ordered. And they will get here in a timely fashion. But you no longer sell my tanks coil type. Geek Vape M series. I'm afraid to say that next month I will have to find another online vape store. Because ordering from two different stores for juice and coils. Doesn't make any sense. Sorry

Ordering is very easy, however having just done some research because element vape uses a partial company I was not familiar with called GLS group. I am very concerned as to whether or not I will get my package which was rather expensive.
