The Shipped me the wrong device And I provided them a picture of the device And the picture of the receipt And They should also well know what I ordered. After all these steps they still will not send me the product that I bought and paid for

Absolute trash. Not only is there a $7 adult signature fee which is absolutely insane, most of the products can't even be shipped to where I am. I am in North Carolina and it says they ship there and then, when I add things to the cart, it says I have to remove everything in my cart because none of it can be shipped. Do yourself a favor and just go to the store because this site is ridiculous and a waste of time.

Poor customer service at Element Vape. I’ve been buying from them for years, both online and in‑store, and never had major issues until now. I recently received a bad unit — the battery died almost immediately. Batteries have a shelf life, and it’s clear they are selling old stock.

I asked for a return or replacement, and they refused because it was a few days past the warranty. Technically true, but as a loyal customer who was sold a defective unit, I expected better support. Instead, I was told there was nothing they could do.

Before ordering, I recommend calling to confirm whether the products are new or older stock. Be cautious — I won’t be using them anymore.

100% scamming scumbags this company is. They send me a vape which they 100% knew it would be rejected by Canada customs for not meeting regulations do to safety reason of it not being child proof and then only refund me for the price of the vape. They kept the delivery fee and the taxes. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY EVER!

Don’t deserve even one star. Delivery service they utilize is horrible and element is no help at all saying there is nothing they can do. The only phone number available is a wrong number. Will never use them again

Well I have made purchases with Element Vape before and never had a problem. This time I purchased a Uwell Caliburn X. I already own one and I like it. However after one week it is barely working. Sometimes it won't fire and other times when I fire it it keeps going n doesn't shut off! Last nite the pod started leaking and if I shake the vape just a little I can hear it firing. That's dangerous. And if company won't replace it I am out the money n don't have a vape. I have vaped for years so I know all the things to check n what to look for n have done all of them. Now I am wondering....is your company going to make this right?
