I bought 8 different size stretcher…
I bought 8 different size stretcher bars off of them on ebay and when they came the 44 inch ones were damaged so i contacted them through ebay they said that they were very sorry and that they would send out another set. ( GUESS WHAT ) that's right folks, they never sent them and now are no longer replying to me. If i were reading this before i had ordered i would go else were, and by the way the stretcher bars are not very good at all, i think they are seconds

Extremely poor service, I wouldn't use again.
I bought over £100 worth of stretcher bars, They advertise same day dispatch, 24 hour delivery, yet several days later I still haven't received them, emailed them with no reply, Got no tracking information, Don't know who or when they are being delivered, I've not received such poor service for a long long time. Is shame as I was looking for a consistent supplier for my art, Yes they was slightly cheaper but that shows with their customer service.

Bad. Taken my money, not received items.
Ordered from them and spent over £200 so i was meant to get free next day delivery. At least 5 working days have now passed even taking into account the Christmas period. I have not received my order and i have phoned them multiple times and got no response. I have now contacted my bank to get my money back.
